The camera rig is set up on a monopod with all the external power resources.
WARNING: The monopod must be securely stabilized with a heavy objects such as sandbags placed on the bottom stand
On one side of the rig, a tripod mount socket can be found for mounting the rig to a tripod or monopod.
Another socket inside the rig behind the tripod socket can be found for connecting through a cable to
an external power source such as a battery pack or power adaptor.
When mounting the rig to a tripod, labeled “1” identifies the camera 1, a primary camera. The primary
camera controls all other 5 secondary cameras, and serves as the “front” view (or primary view) camera
This is the external battery pack. USB connection is for connecting to a USB device such as the remote
controller for charging the device. The battery pack connection is for connecting to the camera rig
This is the external power adaptor for connecting the power supply to the camera rig
This is the power supply for charging the external battery pack or supplying power through the external
power adaptor shown above to the camera rig
Both external battery pack and power adaptor have to go through this convertor to connect to the
camera rig
This shows how the external battery pack and the power adaptor are mounted and connected
The convertor can be mounted on one leg of the tripod or monopod (as in this example)
This shows how the external power source is connected to the camera rig
The remote controller with the USB charging cable
Push this unlock button to the arrow pointed direction to unplug the USB cable from the remote
controller
To remove a Micro-SD from the camera, open this cover, and using a tweezer provided in the kit to pick
the card out. WARING: Don’t lose the cover and tweezer
All 6 Micro-SD cards can be removed from individual GoPro cameras by using a tweezer. After being
taken out from cameras, all the cards can be connected through the card readers to the USB bridge. If
the bridge doesn’t have enough power to drive the card readers, an external power adaptor can be used
to provide power supply to the bridge
