CURRENT STATUS OF FACILITY & UPGRADE RESTORATION
Currently our facility is at capacity, we have about 60 seasonal and daily sites that
have reached their saturation point. Our power source is limited and can only
supply 15 amp service to our customers. The water lines need upgrading, our sewer
is by dump only and not serviced to the lots. The stalls are currently inefficiently
designed and not using the land to it’s advantage.
Our new concept would add close to 75 new lots to the campground and
re-configure the design so it is more efficiently used. Each stall would be
standardized to county regulation and we would add water, sewer and upgraded
power to each site. The roadways would intertwine so that each stall could be
accessed easier, allowing for more room to maneuver and park. The URD has been
booked with Fortis and our projected construction will start this winter and be
completed by spring.

All Trailers must be in good working order and no more than 15
years of age.

All utility hookups must be standard and in good working order,
no temporary hook ups allowed.

All power will be metered and charged out on a monthly basis.

Quads or motorbikes are not allowed at the Campground.

Your lot must be kept clean and tidy at all times, please avoid
excess ornaments or fixtures.

No additional privacy fencing can be put up other than specific
natural fencing that is consistent to the development.

Winter storage is allowed but all power , sewer and water will
be shut off at the end of the season.

RV campground will be open no earlier than April 15th and
closed no later than Oct. 15th pending weather conditions.

