Precision Operational Amplifier
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The SGM8581 is a single rail-to-rail input and output
 Low Offset Voltage: 25μV (TYP)
precision operational amplifier which has low input offset
 Rail-to-Rail Input and Output Swing
voltage, and bias current. It is guaranteed to operate from
 2.5V to 5.5V Single Supply Operation
2.5V to 5.5V single supply.
 Voltage Gain: 145dB (TYP) at +5V
 PSRR: 120dB (TYP)
The rail-to-rail input and output swings provided by the
 CMRR: 90dB (TYP)
SGM8581 make both high-side and low-side sensing
 Ultra Low Input Bias Current: 15pA
easy. The combination of characteristics makes the
 Low Supply Current: 445μA at +5V
SGM8581 good choices for temperature, position and
 Overload Recovery Time: 70μs (at VS = +5V)
pressure sensors, medical equipment and strain gauge
 No External Capacitors Required
amplifiers, or any other 2.5V to 5.5V application requiring
 -40℃ to +125℃ Operating Temperature Range
precision and long term stability.
 Available in Green SOT-23-5, SOIC-8
and MSOP-8 Packages
The SGM8581 is specified for the extended industrial/
automotive (-40℃ to +125℃) temperature range. The
SGM8581 is available in the Green SOT-23-5, SOIC-8
PIN CONFIGURATIONS (TOP VIEW)
and MSOP-8 packages.
