NANONIS HVAMP-400-3
The HVAMP-400-3 is a high voltage amplifier specially designed for nano positioning applications
with piezo elements. The HVAMP-400-3 excels with its ultra low noise outputs which is particularly
important in atomic resolution Scanning Probe Microscopy. It features six amplifier channels, of which
two pairs have opposite polarity and are used for the x and y channel. The z and aux channel have
switchable polarities. For each input channel the gain can be switched independently to 1, 4, 15, 40
and 0 (off). Its outputs are short-circuit proof and can drive a load capacitance of up to 20 nF per
channel. The HVAPM-400-3 can deliver up to 50W of power and has an excellent thermal stability. It
has a bandwidth of 2kHz as it is optimal for SPM applications.
