AMM 10 Supermodular Mixer System
The AMM 10 is a distributed mixing system consisting of various input and output moduls. All modules are designed to fit standard installation frames. With the help
of this supermodular system there is no need for central unit or a rack for the sound equipment. The mixing modules are directly mounted into cable conduit, walls,
ceilings, tables and the like. Wherever you have the need for a microphone input or like to see an audio connector for your PC or CD player. Each of the modules
comes with a low noise, high efficient amplifier and a plug terminal connector. The modules are connected via CAT 5 cable. This makes the system extremely
flexible and easy to install. The following main modules are available:.
Mic/Line input module:
Input module for dynamic microphones and
symmetrical line level signals. The module
provides an input level control as well as a
switch to define the designated panorama
position (left, middle, right). The internal plug
terminal provides 2 x 9 contacts for the signal
bus, strain relief and an insert point for a remote
control (to be introduced later).
AUX input module:
Input module for line level signals from CD, DVD,
PC or MP 3 players. The module provides two
Chinch and one Jack connector inputs and an
input level control.

C-Mic input module with phantom power:
Input module for condenser microphones. The
module provides a 24 V phantom power supply,
input level control as well as a switch to define
the designated panorama position (left, middle,
right). The internal plug terminal provides 2 x 9
contacts for the signal bus, strain relief and an
insert point for a remote control (to be introduced
later).
Control and sum-output module:
Stereo sum amplifier module with tone control for
treble and bass as well as an output level
control. The internal plug terminal provides the
sum output and a separate recording output
(with fixed output level). The plug terminal also
provides terminals for the signal bus including
strain relief and an insert point for a remote
control (to be introduced later).

The mic/line mixer module shall fit into standard installation frames. The mixer module shall be a pre-amplifier for dynamic microphones or line level inputs. On the front panel the mixer
module shall provide an XLR connector, a switch to select microphone or line level input and an input volume control. The mixer module shall provide a switch to send the input signal to
either the left, the right or to both channels of the stereo signal bus. All switches shall be mounted recessed to protect them against unwanted operation. The mixer shall provide the
possibility of remote control via logic in/outs via internal 7 pin JST connector.
The mixer shall meet the following performance criteria. Frequency response: 40 Hz - 20 kHz; Nominal input level: -60/0 dBu switchable; Nominal output level: + 6 dBu; Input Impedance:

The sum output module shall fit into standard installation frames. The output module shall be the master unit of the supermodular mixer system. On the front panel the mixer module shall
provide an output volume control, a bass control and a treble control. All settings provided on this module will also affect all output modules in the system. The mixer module shall provide a
connector to the central power supply unit and the possibility of remote control via logic in/outs via internal 7 pin JST connector.
