Changing your University account password
Guidance for iPhone and iPad users
This guidance is for iOS7
STEP 1: If you change your University account
password and use an Apple device you must first
remove the current eduroam profile:
 Go to Settings > General > Profiles
 Highlight the eduroam profile and click Remove
STEP 3: You will be directed to the Network
Setup page. Select Go to eduroam setup
STEP 2: In Settings > Wi-Fi, select uos-connect
STEP 4: You will be asked to enter your username (e.g.
rgt56) and password (enter your new university account
password). Then select Log In
STEP 5: You should now download eduroam profile.
Select install when prompted (you will also be asked
to enter your iPhone or iPad passcode)
STEP 7: You should now be connected to eduroam.
Open a web browser (e.g. www.st-andrews.ac.uk)
to check you are connected
STEP 6: You will be asked to enter your university
account password again
STEP 8: You should now be connected.
