HIGH SPEED V1.4 HDMI TYPE A TO TYPE D CABLES
HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) is a compact audio/video interface for transferring uncompressed digital audio/video data from a
HDMI-compliant source device to a compatible digital audio/video display device. A digital audio/video source for HDMI can include a HDMIcompliant set-top box, DVD player, HD DVD player, Blu-ray Disc player, camcorder, personal computer, video game console and AV receiver. A
HDMI-compliant display device can include a computer monitor, video projector, and digital television.
A HDMI cable is used to connect the source device to the display device. The common HDMI connector is of type A but some portable devices
utilize a micro or type D connector. The 40HDMI1.4AD0.5 and 40HDMI1.4AD1 cables are ideal to connect equipment with these different
connectors. Type D or Micro connector is often found in mobile devices such as Smart Phones, Tablet PC and cameras where only limited space
is available on board.
The 40HDMI1.4MM20 is a HDMI ver1.4 cable. Version 1.4 standards allow the cable to work with high speed Ethernet. The contacts and shells
are gold plated for long lasting and trouble free connections.
