1. Enter the full Citi Meet address in the
search box
1. Search for the Host’s Name
2. Right-click the Meeting contact entry
2. Select the Host’s (Citi Meet) entry
2. Enter the full Citi Meet address and your
name
3. Select Start a Video Call
3. Select Call, then enter PIN if required
3. Click Connect
4. If required, type the PIN

Google Chrome
What is it?
Google Chrome has a built-in ability to work as a Conferencing
Endpoint for Citi Meet Virtual Meeting Room. This is accessed by
Citi Meet’s web address, https://vmr.citi.com (the ‘https://’ prefix is
required). The browser and a USB audio accessory (and a USB
webcam if interested in video) are all that are required.

Who is it for?
Using Google Chrome for Citi Meet is recommended for:
Working from Home on a Personal Computer (PC, Mac)
Client, Partner, Vendor access
For Personal Computers, Chrome must be installed and used from
the personal computer’s own environment, not from within a CAP
or VDI session.
How do I get it?

Instructions
Joining
1. Go to https://v mr.cit i.com
2. Enter the full Citi Meet address and your name
3. Click Connect
4. Select Host if this is your VMR
5. If required, enter the PIN
6. Click Connect
7. Allow access to your webcam and microphone
Note: You can change the webcam and microphone setting by
clicking the cog icon after allowing access. Please ensure that the
correct webcam is selected and that the microphone you intend to
use is selected. The blue microphone volume indicator should react
to tapping the microphone.

Instructions
Moderator Controls (Host Only)
• Individual participant
• Mute control by hovering mouse over a participant name
• Disconnect option by clicking their name to access their
menu
Roster Menu (Host Only)
• Lock conference: prevent further participants joining
• Mute all
• Disconnect all
Content Sharing
1. From the control bar, click the content share icon.
2. Drag and drop the file(s) you want to share into the window. You
can add multiple files, and they can be a combination of images and
PDFs. Each image will be converted into an individual slide, as will
each page of each PDF.
3. Select Start presenting. The first slide will appear in a
presentation thumbnail at the top left of the screen (or in the main
video window if you are presentation-only). Use the left < and right >
controls to scroll through the slides. You can make the slides appear
on the stage by clicking on the presentation thumbnail.
4. To stop sharing the slides, from the toolbar select Stop
presenting.

Screen Sharing
1. From the control bar at the bottom of the window, select Share
screen.
2. Accept the security prompt
3. Select the window or screen you want to share.
4. The screen sharing toolbar will appear
5. To stop, click the stop sharing button on the sharing toolbar
NOTE: Screen sharing requires a Chrome extension. The extension
needs to be installed when joining externally, like from a home PC.

Settings page
2. Enter your full name followed by “Android”
3. Under Connection, set the default domain to vmr.citi.com
4. Tap the back button to go to the main window

If you do not wish to use Pexip with mobile data, ensure
this is switched off

4. For Domain, enter vmr.citi.com

6. Ensure Username and Password are blank

What is it?
How do I get it?
For extremely limited bandwidth situations, basic telephony can be
used as well, but may incur extra costs for participants as well as the
Citi Meet account owner. Audio quality would be dependant on the
telephone service provider.
