Ultra Compact, High Performance RAID 1 Subsystem
The ARAID M200 is a low profile, compact RAID disk array that can easily and quickly connect to a single
SATA II port. It fits in a single 5.25” bay, 1U height hosting two 2.5” SATA II disk drives. Standard RAID 1 is
supported to provide disk mirroring for data redundancy, while optional RAID 0 is to increase disk capacity
and performance. RAID 1 mode allows one hard disk to be replaced while the system is running (Disk
Hot-Swap).
ARAID M200 fits into any type of computer system including desktop PCs, Industrial PCs, servers, Network
Attached Storage and home computers. The M200 directly connects to PC’s SATA II port without needing
software device drivers. System CPU’s overhead of disk mirroring is negligent due to dual advanced 32bit
CPU design(RAID engine & HIP).

RAID 1 Support. Two copies of data are continually written on two hard disks. If one disk fails, you always

Araid Manager Software Support. Lets you monitor and manage M200 on your computer.
ARAID SNMP Agent Support. Lets you monitor and manage M200 directly in LAN with popular Network
Management Software.

**Support legacy IDE host by SATA II disks with Raid 1 protection. By optional proprietary SATA to IDE
adapter module, M200 can serve an IDE host with two SATA disks.

A Durable 24x7 Disk Array Storage System
ARAID M200 is a compact fault tolerant RAID storage subsystem with standard RAID 1 (or
optional RAID 0) support. The M200 disk arrays easily connect to single SATA port housing two
SATA hard disks. No driver is required for installation or operation and status is given on LCD
displays and LEDs.
Audio notification is made with an on-device buzzer as well as an
SNMP trap.
Araid Manager(Java) is a local ARAID disk array monitor and
management software that works with Windows/Linux/Mac/Solaris.
It reports Disk & Fan rpm, system temperature and automated
e-mail alert notification.
(Optional) Araid SNMP Agent provides proprietary ARAID MIBs, MIB
II and Traps for M200. It gives the M200 ability to be managed by
popular NetworkManagement Software, such as
OpenView,
NetView as well as Accordance OpManager.
