Test Format
This value will default to the grade-based test that corresponds to the SIS enrollment grade.
As determined locally, a PARCC high school course-based test (i.e., ALG01, ALG02, GEO01, MAT1I,
MAT2I, MAT3I, ELA09, ELA10, and ELA11) may be selected for any student in place of the defaulted
PARCC grade-based test if the student is enrolled in a course that teaches the standards measured by the
PARCC high school course-based test (e.g., the Test Code for a grade 8 student enrolled in Algebra 1 may
be edited from MAT08 to ALG01).
Region, County, District, Type, and School/Program code that uniquely identifies the school/program where a
student will be taking a state assessment during the current school year.
For all students, the Serving School will be used to initially populate the Testing School field but can be
edited by the Home School District as needed.

Paper-Based Testing
Room number or classroom name where paper tests will be administered. If this value is populated prior to
the file being sent to Pearson and the test format is paper, the value entered will be used to group student
Pre-ID labels after they are initially sorted by school, grade, and subject.
