Validate and stack bills at the gaming table: the newly developed
DAC120 bill acceptor system
validates
counts
stacks
bunches of up to 30 bills
at a speed of 1,5 seconds per bill.
Single bills or bunches are fed into the DAC120 and will be checked,
counted and stacked in a lockable and removable box. Here is a list of
the advantages:
•
speeds up drop handling at the table because the notes have
not to be checked by UV lamp or similar means
•
the risk of counterfeit money is practically zero thanks to the
use of a customary bill acceptor
•
the exact drop sum is available any time
•
manual input of the drop is not necessary any more
•
manipulation in the counting room is impossible because the
stack is removed from the box in one step
•
the money is already counted: every missing bill will be detected
immediately.

The workflow at the table can be organized in two different ways:
1. The dealer takes the bills from the player and feeds the bunch
directly to the DAC120. He waits until all bills have been stacked, reads
the total value and issues the chips. This way is best for single bills or
small bunches.
2. The dealer takes the bills from the player and counts them at the
table as usual. The chips are prepared and laid out. Then he feeds the
bunch to the DAC120. While the device is accepting the bills he might
accept a bet or another drop. When all bills have been stacked the
player receives the chips and the procedure is terminated.
At the 8“ touch screen which will be placed at the dealer’s or
inspector’s position all steps are shown in detail. The inspector may
interrupt a running bunch and continue by touch press. When a bill has
been rejected the device switches to "drop hold" mode: then the bill can
be inserted again at the end. In this case the inspector has to terminate
the procedure by a touch press.
The DAC120 can be used at all types of gaming tables. The installation
requires a small opening in the table surface. It is covered by a stainless
steel frame. No parts are extending above the table. Below the table the
black coated security box is mounted. The box has a sliding door which
can be locked by two independent locks. The removable cashbox is
located behind the door. It can be secured by two locks as well.
All lock are accessed from above the table.
The reader head of the acceptor can be removed from above
the table (in case of failure or maintenance); it can be secured by
additional two independent locks.
Left side: the DAC120 with
removed cover plate and removed
inner plate. The cover plate
normally hides the locks which
control the access to the cashbox
and it blocks the removal of the
acceptor reader head. The cover
plate can be secured with two locks
as well.
One can see that the locks of the
sliding door where unlocked and
the door has

The cashbox can be removed from the
security box below the table without
stooping down.
The device tells the drop amount by
loudspeaker (can be switched off). For
information of the customer an additional
display can be installed (option POS).
The acceptor takes all currencies. A
screen menu allows the blocking of single
denominations, as well as the
modification of many other parameters.
Receipts on paper (bookmarks) can be
inserted into the DAC120 after request
by the dealer and will be stacked, too.
The DAC100 bill acceptor system secures the cash reliably after it
left the dealer's hand. Emptying of cash boxes can be organised
according to procedures for slot machines.
Option SEP Mounted in a separate black housing to be located on
the floor at the side of the table; does not require cut-out at the table.
Option POS Customer display
Option VTK8 2nd touch screen (eg, for
inspector)
Option NET The DAC120 can be linked by
ethernet to the central database of the Integrated
System made by CasiLogic. Then all drop events
are collected in the database and can be summed up. The NET option
allows also to use the table and casino accounting functions by the
DAC120. An upgrade to the complete table system (winning
number display, etc) is possible. Therefore a DAC120 is
transformed into a DAC100.
Option PRN Printer which
prints a receipt when the
cashbox has been removed
(provided the amount did
change).
