The MSK 125 has been designed as
a portable multiple standard selective
signal meter for analogue TV, Sat and
FM Radio and for the digital standards
DVB-C, DVB-S(2) and DVB-T/DVB-H.
The unit is equipped with a high-quality,
transflective 5.7” TFT VGA resolution
colour screen and a two-line, 22-digit
LC display to show measured values.
The featured meter memory bank
enables one to save up to 100 meter
settings.
Up to 100 measurement results can
also be saved on an SD card and then
exported via the USB port to a PC.
The calibrated spectrum function
features a sweep rate of approx. two
seconds. The built-in CI slot allows
display of coded programmes ¹).

Kathrein offers with the new MSK 120 a
compact, portable digital measurement
instrument for Sat-IF reception systems.
The day-light compatible 5,7” TFT
screen is designed to display video for
both SD (MPEG-2) and HD (MPEG-4)
programmes in suitable high definition.
An integrated CI interface is available
to allow the decoding of coded programmes ¹). The control and selection
menu and measurement results are
both displayed on the instruments
screen.

Signal strength and quality can be easily
read on the LC display (bar display).
The unit is powered through the
receiver; additional power supply
units or batteries are not necessary.
Due to one-hand operation and handy
design, the MSK 105 is perfect for direct
use on an antenna.
Note:
When using LNBs with integrated switching logics (e.g. UAS 585 from Kathrein), please observe
the maximum current load of the receiver used for powering. Alternatively you can use a standard
LNB (e.g. Kathrein‘s UAS 571) to align the antenna.
