CWS 6000 BASE STATION
12-channel Base Station for Outdoor use
The DECT IP Base Station handles call signaling from the CWS6000 server over the air to the
handsets
The CWS 6000 Base Station have 12 simultaneous traffic channels controls the traffic in the air and works as the
link between the handsets and the CWS Wireless Server 6000. The CWS Wireless Server 6000 operates with the
Base Stations through standard Fiber SC Multimode (100 Mbps, 1300 nm).
Each DECT IP Base Station covers a circular area between 200 and 600 meters in diameter. Before installation,
the location needs to be assessed in order to define the number of DECT IP Base Stations required to achieve the
desired coverage, as coverage depends on location specifics such as building materials.
