Installing and removing batteries
To open the battery vault, slide the grip to the left. This will unlock it and the battery
can be placed inside with the positive end of it pointing towards the vault flap.
To close the battery vault, simply push gently down on the
flap until you hear a clicking sound. The receiver is now
locked and ready to use.

Switch.
Switching the receiver On and Off
To turn the receiver on, simply slide the switch to the left. To turn it off, slide the
switch to the right.
Viewing the Main Menu
On the top edge of the receiver, press and hold the navigation switch for 2 seconds.
The main menu will be displayed and will read from left to right:
EXIT> FREQUENCY>AF OUTPUT> OPTIONS> SCAN> INFO>LOCK.
Accessing the Frequency option
After accessing the main menu, use the wheel to scroll to the Frequency option. Once
the frequency option is highlighted press the middle part of the wheel to view a range
of frequencies.
A range of frequencies will then be displayed. The desired frequency can be accessed
by using the wheel to scroll to it. Then press the middle part of the wheel to select it.
Once a frequency has been selected, the receiver instantly goes back to the main menu.
AF output option
After accessing the main menu, use the wheel to scroll to the AF output option. Once
the AF output option is highlighted press the middle part of the wheel to view a range
of AF outputs.
A range of the AF outputs will then be displayed. The desired AF output option can
be accessed by using the wheel to scroll to it. Then press the middle part of the wheel
to select it. Once an AF output option has been selected, the receiver instantly goes
back to the main menu.
Options
After accessing the main menu, use the wheel to scroll to the Options. When the word
‘Options’ is highlighted, press the middle part of the wheel. On doing so the
Options will be displayed, consisting of:
EXIT>OUTPUT MODE> FREQ MODE> BRIGHTNESS> SCREEN SAVER>
RESTORE.
Output mode
On selection of the Output mode, use the wheel to scroll to either the camera or
headphones option. Once an Output mode has been chosen, press the middle part of
the wheel to select this. Once you have selected an output mode, the receiver will
instantly go back to the options menu.
Frequency mode
On selection of the Frequency mode, use the wheel to scroll to either the Preset user
or Tune. Once a Frequency mode has been chosen, press the middle part of the scroll
to select either one. Once you have selected a Frequency mode, the receiver will
instantly go back to the Main menu.
Brightness
On selection of the Brightness mode, scroll the wheel to scroll to select on of five
brightness options. Once a brightness option has been selected, the receiver will
instantly go back to the options menu.
Screen Saver
On selection of the Screen Saver mode, move the wheel to scroll between 4 screen
brightness options:
X (NONE)> 5 seconds > 20 seconds > 60 seconds.
Once you have selected a Screen Saver, the receiver will go back instantly to the
options menu.
Restore
To restore the default settings, scroll to the right. This will take you back to the Main
Menu.
Scan
After accessing the main menu, use the wheel to scroll to the Scan option. Once the
Scan option is highlighted press the middle part of the wheel to view the
options :Cancel> Free> TX.
Don’t know how to develop this one.
Information option
After accessing the main menu, use the wheel to scroll to the Info option. Once the
Information option is highlighted press the middle part of the wheel to view the
options : S/N> Rev > Table. To view the information for any of these, there is no need
to press down the middle button. Simply scrolling from left to right will enable you to
view the data for any of the three headings. Pressing the middle button will instantly
take the receiver back to the Main Menu.
Lock option
After accessing the main menu, use the wheel to scroll to the Lock option. Once the
Lock option is highlighted, press the middle part of the wheel to view the options:
No>Yes.
To choose to lock the receiver, scroll using the wheel to the Yes option. This will lock
the receiver. The receiver will then go back to the main menu, with an unlock symbol
to replace the lock symbol.
To unlock the receiver, scroll to the unlock symbol and use the middle part of the
wheel to select the Yes option.
