To Remove Old Part
Note: Before removing/replacing parts, note
which parts are broken. This kit contains parts
that make up the pedal assembly and you may
use all the parts necessary to make the fix. The
following procedure assumes only the pedal is
broken and needs to be replaced.
1. Actuate Pedal and hold. If damage to pedal will not allow
this, pull open Left Cam Arm (Fig. A). With other hand, hold
Water Valve Actuator in open position (Fig. B) to release
tension from Cable. Release Pedal (if used to open Cam
Arm). Push Left Cam Arm back in (Fig. A) and disconnect
Cable End from it.
2. Actuate Pedal again, fully, and hold. If damage to pedal
will not allow this, pull open Right Cam Arm (Fig. A). Hold
Blade Actuator in open position (Fig. B). Release Pedal to
release tension from Cable. Push Right Cam Arm back in
(Fig. A) and disconnect Cable End from it.
3. Facing front of toilet, use screwdriver to pry out left side of
Pedal Arm at pivot point in Pedal Bracket (Fig. A).
4. Remove Pedal. Discard.
Blade Actuator
Water Valve Actuator

3. Making sure Sheaths are firmly attached to Pedal Bracket,
reattach Cables to Pedal Cam Arms.

Mechanism Blade open. Sighting through bowl opening to
assure holes line up, position Toilet over Closet Flange.
