Insert filter laminate into unit, so that cut corner is on the left upper corner. HOW-TO Close the cover by turning the handle backwards. There is a 3-way valve that leads turbine air flow out in normal use. However if you pull the button inside the car the air flow will be blown inside the car. This can be done if some over pressure is needed inside the car. The pump is installed inside the pump unit. On the back of pump unit there are connectors for Power and Pump Control and Fuse. Pump is protected by integrated Heat sensor. So if pump gets too hot it will automatically stop pump and when cooled it will be again operational. Life time of pump is about 20.000 hours. 1 3 MEASURING UNIT TOP: Left sampling system a) Panel meter - display - pressure difference, Pascal (A1) - volume flow, m3/h (A2) - total air volume, m3/h (A3) - total time, hh:mm:ss (A4) You can scroll different channels during sampling. b) Reset - Reset panel meter memory before every new sampling c) Flow control - Turn CW to enrease air flow - Turn CCW to 0 to STOP sampling LOWER PANEL METER AND CONTROLS FOR RIGHT SIDE SAMPLING SYSTEMS FUSE - automatic fuse If blown check what caused problem and reset by pushing in. MAIN SWITCH Turns Mains Power to Measuring Unit 230VAC/50Hz MEASURING UNIT BACK SIDE TOP: Left system vacuum connections: + comes from front side of Sampling Unit Right system vacuum connections + comes from front side of Sampling Unit Left side pump control connection Right side pump control connection Mains power connection HOW-TO 1. Turn mains Power ON 2. RESET both panel meters by pushing RESET button once. 3. Turn flow control CW to START sampling You can choose from 1-3 different flow speeds. 4. After you have sampled long enough, turn Flow Control CCW to 0 to STOP sampling. 5. Read panelmeter values A3= Total volume in m3 RESET button Flow Control Automatic Fuse Mains Power Switch 6. A4= Total time in hh:mm:ss AND AGAIN: 1. Change filter 2. RESET panel meters 3. Start sampling 4. Stop sampling 5. Read panel meter values ATTENTION! Pump has integrated thermostat so that if it heats too much it will shut down. When it has cooled it will start automatically.
