The Model 4320 4-in-1 Electrical Safety Tester is designed as a cost-effective
solution for manufacturers, who want to perform AC Hipot, DC Hipot, Insulation Resistance
and Ground Bond tests in a single instrument. This all-in-one test solution provides the
flexibility of an advanced test system without the high price. It provides only the features and
functionality needed to cost-effectively perform multiple electrical safety tests.

4-in-1 Electrical Safety Tester
The 4320 combines AC Hipot, DC Hipot, Insulation
Resistance and Ground Bond tests in a single
instrument, which takes up less rack space and allows
a single DUT connection. It efficiently performs the 4
most common safety agency specified electrical safety
tests.
Liquid Crystal Display
Allows the user to clearly monitor the test parameters
as well as the test results.
Multiple Test Memories
The 4320 provides six test memories with six steps per
memory. This is beneficial for manufacturers testing
multiple products on one production line.
Continuous Duty Cycle
An advantage over other instruments in that the 4320
does not have any requirements to be periodically shut
down even when used at full output.
Low Current Sense
Monitors the maximum level of current flow, thus
ensuring that the Device Under Test (DUT) is properly
connected and that the test is properly being
performed.
No Load Setup
This provides the operator with an easy and safe way
to set trip currents and output voltages.
Electronic Ramp and Dwell
These electronic controls help to keep test results
consistent by ensuring that the test duration is
consistent.
Milliohm Offset Capability
This feature minimizes the effect of test lead or test
fixture resistance.

The 4320 includes a standard 9-pin interface providing the inputs and outputs
for all the basic remotes required for PLC relay control. It also provides rear panel outputs.
