High Voltage Dividers for Instrument Products
Dividers can be used in digital measuring instruments,
instability and drift meters of analytical instrument engineering
equipment DC voltage power supplies. Our engineers have
developed high-voltage voltage dividers with a rate of voltage
from 0.01 to 2000 kV. Use of the cast microwire in the solid
glass insulation ensures high metrological characteristics and
considerable reduction of the weight and overall dimensions of
the instruments and equipment, in which they are used.
Use of high-voltage resistors and voltage dividers in Metrology,

Amorphous Microwires with Magnetic Bistability
The distinguishing feature of cast amorphous microwires based on special alloys is their
magnetic bistability. These microwires can be in two stable magnetization states only.
Remagnetization of such microwires can be effected in one go (Barhauzen's effect).
Critical length of microwire segments, which perform bistability effect, is 5 mm. This is
10-20 times less than critical length of bistable ribbons and wires produced with the help
of other methods of production. At the same time rate of remagnetization of bistable
microwires is two times faster.
Bistable microwires can be applied for tags for coding of goods, records and securities.
They can be also applied for coding and remote control of actuating devices and sensitive
elements of various gauges.

Magnetic Microwires with Natural Ferromagnetic Resonance
Magnetic microwires are intended for usage in radioabsorbing materials, such as:
components (e. g. sheets, rods, bundles, films, etc.), coatings (e. g. tissues, paints), which
are able to absorb electromagnetic radiation in wide frequency bands with small
reflection coefficient.
The distinguishing feature of the microwire compared to other materials (such as wires,
foils, fibers, powders, etc.) which are applied for the same purposes, is the presence of
natural ferromagnetic resonance in a 1-15 GHz frequency band.
The presence of natural ferromagnetic resonance in the microwire allows for the
development of wideband radio-absorbing materials with dozens decibel damping based
on such microwire.

Semi-Conductive and Semi-Metallic Microwires
Glass-coated cast microwires based on semi-conductors and semi-metals have the
following unique properties: linear magneto-resistance in weak fields, high thermal-e.m.f.
coefficient and others. Due to micron diameter of a strand (up to 2 ?m), which is
commensurable with various characteristic lengths of semi-conductive and semi-metallic
materials, such microwires are unique objects for investigations of classic and quantum
dimensional effects.
Due to the high speed of casting, microwires with either semi-conductor or semi-metal
strand have a number of distinguishing features in compare with massive semiconductor
crystals. These features allow to improve mutual solubility of solid solutions components
up to 2-3 times, as well as to obtain crystals, which can not be synthesized with help of
existing methods. That provides developing of completely new micro-converters based
on such crystals.
Application of semi-conductive and semi-metallic microwires for manufacturing of
various sensitive elements of magnetic, electric and non-electric quantities, miniature
thermoelectric converters, optic fibers for extended wave bands. As a result, such
microwires perform unique properties (linear magnetoresistance in low fields, boosted
thermo-e.m.f. coefficient, etc.), which may be applied for various converters.

Glass-Insulated Cast Microwire
Technology and equipment for manufacturing of glass-coated cast microwire based on
various metals and alloys such as semi-conductive, resistive, magnetic and conductive
ones provides the amorphous structure of microwire.
Process of casting and equipment allows manufacturing the microwire which is 10 times
thinner than human hair in diameter.
Cast microwire is manufactured of liquid metal (alloy) with simultaneous covering by
glass insulation.
Cast microwire production is the safest ecological method in comparison to other
methods of production.
Hyperfine diameter provides a substantial reduction in mass and overall dimensions of
elements based on such microwire. It decreases their mechanical, heat and electric
inertness. Solid glass coating ensures high electric strength and possibility of operating at
wide temperature range (from - 100 °C up to 400 °C).
Dozens of patents and inventors' certificates for cast microwire based materials,
manufacturing technology and equipment are in existence.

High Temperature Hot-Wire Anemometer Transducer of STP and STPR
Type
High temperature hot-wire anemometer transducer of
STP and STPR type is used for the air flow speed
measurements in the aerodynamics research at the
high temperature.
The sensitive element (SE) of the pickup is made of
Pt-based wire of 10 m diameter.
In order to meet more strict requirements as to the
mechanical durability of the SE, it can be made of
Platinum-Rhodium alloy. The hold adapter of the SE
is made of heat-resistant steel. The frame of the
pickup is a two-channel ceramic pipe, which is
located in a thin-walled Ni-based pipe of 3.5 mm
diameter. Taylor-made pickup can be manufactured with the SE of 745m diameter
filament.

Differential pressure sensor is intended for taking
measurements of differential pressures in industrial
processes. Sensor TPD3 is based on a silicon sensitive
element and contains an electronic unit.

Overpressure Sensor TPR3
Sensors TPR3 type are intended for gaze and liquid
overpressure conversion to output electric impulse. Sensors
operate in combination with electronic transducer CETT1.
Sensor's surface and the union nut interacting with testing
environment are made of stainless steel resistant to alkali, acids,
including organic acids, oils and end products of fuel
combustion.
Sensor is equipped with shielded output 4-core cable (with 12
mm step of winding) with the heat-resistant coating (up to 200°
C).

Tester of Milking Machinery Characteristic Quantities EXITEST-2.1
The tester is used for express diagnostics and complex control of main units and systems
of milking machines during service and test processes according to ISO 5707 and ISO
6690 standards. In complete configuration the tester consists of an electronic unit with
touch display (79x60 mm) and integrated thermo printer (paper tape's width is 58 mm),
two remote full-system vacuum pressure transducers of BD-1 or BD-2 type, an artificial
nipple-transducer, an external charger and necessary Tjoints and adapters. All the accessories are packed in a
case. Operating mode, type of a controlled unit of a
milking machine, measured quantity and many other
functions of the tester can be inputted with help of the
keyboard and the menu displayed on the touch panel of
the screen. The device has got a common output to a
personal computer (the necessary software for
comprehensive data processing is available). Main
memory of the tester allows saving more than 300
packets with measured characteristic quantities of a
milking machine. Power supply is 220 V network AC
voltage or 6 V (1.6 A/hrs) voltage from integrated
storage battery. Duration of uninterrupted operation of
the tester at storage battery power supply without recharge is eight hours, including 60 minutes of the
printing or twelve hours without printing. The tester allow to measure pressure of static
and dynamic operating modes of milking machines, frequency (time) characteristic
quantities of vacuum pulsation periods transmitted by pulser to inputs of wall-to-wall
space of a milking thimble. It is able to control and save information about vacuum
fluctuations in milk-vacuum systems and other units of milking machines (with
adjustable scan rate of 30 to 500 sampling per second) and air consumption of arbitrary
diameter vacuum pipeline. This capability permits to determine productivity of a vacuum
pump and leakproofness of milking machines. Measurements can be simultaneously
carried out by several transducers. A graph of pulsation as well as digital information
about measuring results displayed. If measured characteristic quantities exceed allowed
limits the corresponding information is printed on the display, too. The tester EXITEST2.1 provides control of characteristic quantities of milking machines of different types,
namely pairwise milking machine, devices providing stimulation of nipple and others.
Availability of the artificial nipple-transducer allow to estimate serviceability of the
nipple rubber of milking machines by measuring efficiency of its impact on an animal's
udder nipple directly in the milking thimble without its dismounting. During this process
the coefficient of generalized inflexibility of nipple rubber and frequency (time)
characteristic quantities of pressure pulsation periods in an artificial nipple-transducer are
determined as a result of direct impact of nipple rubber at vacuum oscillation in a wall-towall space of a milking thimble. Simultaneously vacuum mode in an undernipple
chamber is controlled. The sheets number 1 and 2 contain the list of controlled units and
measured characteristic quantities of a milking machine. An error of full-system vacuum
pressure measurement is no more than 1% and an error of pulse period duration
measurement is no more than 2%. There are several modifications of the tester

EXITEST-2.1, which differ from each other. Different transducers and units are used in
these modifications. The modular approach of the tester design allows consumer to
choose any configuration while ordering the tester with possibility of further upgrade.
Basic and tailor-made units and transducers, their assignment and functionality as a part
of the tester are listed in the sheet number 3. Configurations of the testers of different
modifications are listed in the sheet number 4. A consumer is supplied with the detailed
technical specification of the tester. We are going to hold a seminar dedicated studying of
work with the tester EXITEST-2.1. If you purchase more than 50 testers we'll send our
representative to you in order to teach you how to use the tester locally. Warranty and
post-warranty services are to be specified while ordering the tester. The testers in full
configuration (EXITEST-2.1A and EXITEST-2.1B) can be used in after-sale milking
machinery services (stock-raising service stations), machine-testing stations, milking
machines manufacturing companies, training and science laboratories. More simplified
modifications of the tester can be used in milk-commodity farms for current testing of
milking machines.

Measuring Electric Resistance Standard

The electric resistance measuring standard can be used
as single-valued reference units of electrical resistance in
calibrating resistance bridges and technological
measuring equipment and in measuring using the
substitution technique.
The electric resistance standards are precision elements
of electric resistance made of glass-insulated microwire.

Air Flow and Temperature Speed Meters of TVFA1 (hot-wire
anemometer) and TVFG1 (rotational) Types
Air flow and temperature speed meters are used for the air flow
and temperature speed measuring in the technological processes
of the agricultural products producing and storing and in the
pens and poultry houses.
The principle of the rotational air flow speed meter of TVFG1
type operating is based on a frequency of impeller rotation
measurement by means of the optical or inductive method (to be
specified at the order).
The principle of the air flow speed meter of TVFA1 type
operating is based on a hot-wire anemometer method of air flow
speed measurement with help of a thin heat-sensitive filament
made of Nickel or Platinum and heated to the temperature 2030% greater than the temperature of the air flow.
Temperature measurement is carried out by the sensitive element made of metal or
semiconductor (to be specified at the order).
The electronic converter of pickups signals is located in the piston body of the meter.

Electron Transducer for Piezo-Accelerometer CEPA1
The transducers are intended to amplify electrical signals from
the piezoceramic vibroacceleration pickups in the dataprocessing systems during control and diagnostics of the
technical systems.
The converter consists of the measuring amplifier and the low

Precision Electronic Transducer CETT1 for Strain
Gauge
The converters are used to amplify electric signals from
resistance strain gauge transducers of strain, constant excessive
pressure and slightly changing pressure of liquids and gases in
the data-processing systems during control and diagnostics of
the technical systems. They operate in one set with the bridge
resistance strain gauge transducers of excessive pressure of
TPR3 type and resistance strain gauge transducers of strain of
ET286 type. There are different modifications of the converters.
The converter of CETT1 - 2/2 type consists of two pressure
pickup channels and two strain transducer channels, the
converter of CETT1 - 6/2 type consists of six pressure pickup channels and two strain
transducer channels and the converter of CETT1 - 8/0 type consists of eight pressure
pickup channels.
The body of the converter of each type with attachment elements has a removable seal
cover and contact connectors. They have fixed attachment of the connector's responding
part. The attachment is fixed by threaded connection.

Thermal Converter of TRMG-T Type
Thermal converter of TRMG-T type is used for temperature
stabilization of the electronic devices, which are supplied with
AC or DC and work in the pulse mode.
The sensitive element of (SE) TRMG-T is made of Ni-based
glass coated cast microwire, which is winded round a ceramic
frame with axled leads. The SE is insulated in a cavity of a thinwalled Ni-based pipe. Coefficient of thermal inertion defined by
means of coefficient of heat irradiation, which is in fact equal to
infinity, doesn't exceed 10 s.

Anemometer Sensors STN and STV
Used for the investigation of the microstructure of the air rate
pattern time and space variable during the fulfillment of
aerodynamics research works and special tests.
Thermal sensitive resistance is the final version of the element
and can operate in one set with any hot-wire anemometer that
works with converters of 2-5 Ohm resistance and 0-500 mA
operated current at 20 C.
The sensitive element of the thermal sensitive resistance of CTH
type is made of Ni-based glass coated cast microwire and one of
CTB type is made of tungsten based gold coated microwire. The
number of the sensitive elements is one or two. The placement
of the sensitive elements is at an angle of 0, 45 or 90 degrees

Hybrid Integrated Circuit are designed and produced in batches
with use of the most up-to-dated technologies, including:
- technology of surface mounting (SMD);
- hybrid film technology.
The technology of surface mounting provides reducing size of
produced elements 2-4 times and increase productivity 3-5
times. This is the result of conductors' width reducing to 0,1 0,05 mm, use of frameless resistances and capacities and

The hybrid film technology allows to manufacture separate parts

Electric Pump Control and Protection System
The control and protection system (CPS) of leak-proof
electric pumps is used to control work and state and
protect leak-proof centrifugal electric pumps from
emergency operation, and to inform control protection
systems, which may contain an electric pump as a
component.
Technical Data:
1. The following constructions for different
power networks are available:
Three-phase network supplying voltage of 380, 415, 500 and 600 V and
frequency of 50(60) Hz constructions.
2. The following constructions for different rated currents of power networks
are available:
CPU-63, CPU-100, CPU-160, CPU-200, CPU-315 constructions, numbers
mean strength of current.
3. The system consists from unified control and protection unit (BCP) and
power
executing unit (PEU).
4. The system carries out the following control operations:
- connection and disconnection of an electric pump from a control station,
which is localized near the electric pump;
- connection and disconnection of an electric pump in a response to a
signal from automatic technological set;
- turning of an electric pump in response to a signal from an accident
protection technological set.
5. The system provides smooth turning on
of an electric pump ("smooth start")
during 1-9 sec., as well as possibility of
cancel the "smooth start" operation.
6. The system controls an electric pump and
technological set before start of the
electric pump and during its work and
doesn't allow to turn on the electric pump
and executes its safe turning off when:
- an insulation resistance of "cableelectric motor" circuit becomes lower
than an allowed value;
- supplying voltage exceeds an allowed value;
- line voltage asymmetry exceeds an allowed value;
- power network phases aren't properly connected to the system phases;
- open circuit;

- up to 6 ordinary contact pickups;
- up to 4 GSP pickups of 4-20 mA output signal.
Different pickups (resistance thermal converters, level detectors, flow-type
transducers, electric contact pressure gauge, converters of pressure
differences) may be installed into the technological set, which contains the
electric pump.
9. The system carries out the following service tasks:
- light and sound alarm at the start of the protection operation;
- storage of controlled magnitudes values before the start of the protection
operation;
- controlled magnitudes values and allowed values of these magnitudes
indication;
- automatic self-testing of the system;

Instrument Fuses VPM-2 and VPM-2T
Fuses are widely used as protective elements for expensive
instruments and their components. Considering the present
requirements we see that the following problems are urgent
for safety fuses - decreasing of rated blowing currents,
increasing of life time and miniaturization. The use of cast
wire in glass insulation as plug, fuses made it possible to
produce fuses operating in the range of units of milliamperes
to increase their life time up to 10.000 hours and decrease
the dimensions notably. The safety fuses of cast microwire
produced today meet all modern requirements to their
