thawed*
½ ripe banana, peeled
½ cup low-fat strawberry yogurt

Gather ingredients and supplies.
Put all ingredients in the bike blender attachment.
Place blender attachment on blender bike.
Pedal until smooth while someone else hold down
the lid, about 30 seconds. A home blender can
also be used.
5. Pour smoothie into cups.
