Initial Settings:

Hold “SET” for more than 3 seconds to enter “°C – 24 hours mode
or °F – 12 hours mode” setting mode (“°C” or “°F and AM/PM”
blinking) and default value (°C) or prev ious entered value is shown
or
-
Press “UP” or “DOWN” button to toggle “°C” or “°F and AM/PM”
display
Remark: Under °C display, system clock display mode will be in 24 hours
mode. Under °F display, system clock display mode will be in 12
hours mode.

Press “SET” advance to the “Hour” setting mode (“Hour” will be
blinking)

Press “UP” or ”DOWN” button to adjust the hour

Press “SET” advance to “Minute” setting mode (“Minute” will be
blinking)

Press “UP” or “DOWN” button to adjust the minute

Press “SET” advance to “Stride Length” setting mode (“Stride
Length” blinking) and default value (60cm) or prev ious entered
value is shown

Press “UP” or “DOWN” button to adjust the Stride Length

Press “SET” advance to “Weight” setting mode (“Weight” blinking)
and default value (50 kg) or prev ious entered value is shown

Press “UP” or “DOWN” button to adjust the weight

Press “SET” when finished and return to normal
* Remark : Machine will automatically enter initial setting mode after battery
replaced and system reset. As it will automatically sav e the daily
record into memory. Those v alues must set in advance.

Display mode

Press “MODE” button in normal operation to change the display as
following:

Press “TEMP” button in step counter display mode, current temperature
value is displayed instead of time. It will return to time display if no
button operation ov er 5 seconds or press “TEMP” button again.

7 days past records
Press “RECORD” button under any mode, go to Record Mode. Press
“RECORD” button toggle between Record 1 to Record 7 and Normal Step
mode. Under Record (n) displa y, press Mode button toggle between Steps,
calories, distance and speed for each record.
Number of steps, calories, distance and speed will automatically stored into
record when time reach 0:00 and the display will return to zero. No need to
reset it ev ery day.

Example:
Today is 1 July 2007
Record 1 is the data recorded at 30 June 2007
Record 2 is the data recorded at 29 June 2007
Record 3 is the data recorded at 28 June 2007
Record 4 is the data recorded at 27 June 2007
Record 5 is the data recorded at 26 June 2007
Record 6 is the data recorded at 25 June 2007
Record 7 is the data recorded at 24 June 2007
No button operation ov er 1 minute. Display will back to normal operation
mode.
Power saving mode
-
If no change in step counts over 10 minutes. Enter power saving mode

Under power saving mode, the upper part of LCD display will turn off.
Only current time is displayed

Return to normal operation mode in case of any mov ement

Sleep mode
-
Hold “ON/OFF” button over 3 seconds to enter sleep mode. All display
will turn off
-
Press “ON/OFF” button return to normal operation mode
Remark : As to further sav ing the power and extend the battery life, go to
sleep mode if long inactiv e period is expected. Under sleep mode,
internal sensor is completely turn off and it will not return to normal
operation mode unless “ON/OFF” button pressed
Reset
-
Hold “RESET” Button ov er 3 seconds clear all current step, calorie,
distance and speed data. Initial value (clock, stride and weight) and
history record (n) data will not be affected
System Rese t
-
Press “SYSTEM RESET” pin. Clear all data included stride, weight, step
count, calorie, distance, speed, clock and all history records
-
Return to “Initial Setting Mode” after system reset
