All prices shown are ex-works and subject to carriage

(except where shown) and V.A.T.

All claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.

All claims for shortages or damage in transit must be made on receipt of goods.

No claim will be considered for loss or damage in excess of the value of goods dispatched which arises out of negligence by us or that of our carriers or any other causes whatsoever.

Return of stock items may be agreed to, at our discretion, with a handling charge of up to 15% being applied where we deem it necessary. Special order and specially manufactured items may not be returned.

Proofs. Where photostat proofs of artwork are submitted for approval, we shall not incur any liability for errors not corrected by the customer. Alterations to original copy are deemed ‘authors corrections’ and will be charged extra.

Variations in Quantity. In the case of printing or special orders, every endeavour will be made to supply to correct quantity ordered. However, we reserve the right to supply up to 10% over or below the quantity ordered and to charge accordingly.

Materials supplied by customer. We reserve the right to reject material including artwork which in our opinion is unsuitable; and any additional costs involved in correcting such material will be charged accordingly.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

10. Terms as specified on face of invoice. If these terms are not adhered to we reserve the right to charge interest on a daily basis on overdue amounts at a rate equivalent to 3% above the Lloyds Bank Plc base lending rate then in force.

11. The risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with Artec

Products until full payment has been received from the

Buyer (each order being considered as a whole). In the event of non-payment Artec Products shall be entitled to repossess the goods and to enter the premises of the

Buyer for this purpose.

12. You will understand that while we have attempted to make all dimensions, colours and descriptions of items in our leaflets and price lists as accurate as possible, none the less these colours and descriptions are for your guidance only.
