Adopt new design PWM power and realize the stable test voltage
With 8505, it is possible for withstand voltage test without applying unnecessary stress to the device under test.
It is a high speed response type with the duration of test from 0.2s for withstand volatage test and from 0.2s
for insulation resistance test.
Insulation resistance test is available with a function that automatically discharges the electric charges to
the device under test after end of the test.

■ Continuous operation of maximum 16 patterns of
withstand voltage test is possible
