NEVER load cart or use it beyond its recommended load limit of 150 lbs (68 kgs) 2. Be aware of your own physical ability and do not operate cart with loads or on terrains that are beyond your ability to safely control cart. 3. If cart or any of its components are damaged or worn, discontinue use of cart until it has been appropriately serviced. 4. Top bin bracket capacity is 25 lbs (11 kgs), middle bin bracket capacity is 50 lbs (23 kgs) and lower bin bracket capacity is 75 lbs (34 kgs). NEVER EXCEED THESE LOAD CAPACITIES. 5. Always load lower bin bracket first . Never operate cart with an upper bin bracket load weight exceeding a lower bracket load weight. 6. Always store and place cart on a flat surface to prevent wind or other factors from cart moving. 7. Always chalk and secure the wheels before leaving cart unattended. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. With the main frame assembly lying on the ground, insert the two 19” wheel assembly into the bottom of the main support frame. Image #1 2. Push the axle rod through the larger hole of the main frame and two 19” wheel assemblies. Image #2 3. Bolt the two 19” wheel assemblies with front casters to the main frame using four of the 2” bolts and nuts. Image #3 4. Attach the front support cross bar between the two 19” wheel assembly frames using the 1.5” bolts. Image #4a & 4b Image #1 Image #2 Image #3 Image #4a Image #4b 5. Place one plastic wheel spacer on each end of the axle. Image #5 6. Put one wheel on each end of the axle. 7. Attach wheels to axle by placing a flat washer first and then securing with the hitch pins. Image #6 8. Bolt the 19” bin holder support to the main frame above the wheel assembly support bars using a total of four (4) 2” bolts and nuts. Image #7 Make sure bin hooks are placed to the INSIDE of the cart frame as noted in image #8. Image #5 Image #6 Image #7 Image #8 Image #9 9. Bolt the 16.5” bin holder supports to the main frame above the 19” bin holder supports using a total of four (4) 2” bolts and nuts. Make sure to check that all bolts are tightened. 10. Bolt the 13.5” bin holder supports to the main frame above the 16.5” bin holder supports using a total of four (4) 2” bolts and nuts. Make sure to check that all bolts are tightened. Image #9 11. Lift cart to the upright position and add bins to support bars.
