Read all instructions.
Before using the appliance, check that the voltage of wall outlet correspond to the one
shown on the rating plate of the appliance.
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions, is dropped or damaged in any manner.
If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized
service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
Always disconnect the blender from the supply if itis left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning
Do notlet cord hang over the edge of table or a hot surface.
Do not immerse upper part of blender into water as this may result in an electric shock.
Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
. Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to
persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the
blender is not running.
The appliance cannot be used for chopping ice or blending a hard and dry substance,
otherwise the blade could become blunt.
To reduce the risk of injury, never place a cutting blade on base without first putting bowl
properly in place.
Please ensure that the chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating the
appliance.
The use of accessories, which are not recommended by the appliance manufacturer, may
resultin fire, electric shock or personal injury.
Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible
for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Using your blender
Before the first use, clean the blender according | the section of “quick cleaning”.
The time running unit without load can't exceed 15s.
Important: As the blades are very sharp, handle them with care. Ensure that the hand blender is
unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or removing attachments.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FORBLENDING
Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 1 minute, and 2 minute rest time must be
maintained for two consecutive cycles.
1. To assemble the detachable shaft with the motor unit, turn the shaft in anti-clockwise
direction until it become tight. To disassemble, just turn the shaft in clockwise direction.
2. Simply plug the hand blender to power outlet.
3. Peel the fruits or vegetables and then cut them into small dices; put the cut/peeled
fruit/vegetables into the cup. Usually certain amount of purified water has to be added to
facilitate the smooth running; the proportion of the food and water is 2:3. The amount of
mixture should not exceed the max capacity of the cup.
4. Lower the hand blender into food and press and hold the low speed switch or high speed
switch at the top of the motor unit.
5. Tostop the hand blender, release the speed button pressed and held.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHOPPER
Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 1 minute, and 2 minute rest time must be
maintained for two consecutive operating cycles.
1. Place the chopper bowl on a clean, level surface.
2. Assemble the stainless chopping blade into the chopper bowl, as shownin Fig.1.
3. Place food into the chopper bowl.

Attach the lid onto the chopper bowl; make sure that the tuber on the inside wall of bowl
aligns with the groove of lid; then put down the lid and turn it in clockwise direction until it
locks into position. (See Fig.2) To detach the lid, turn in the anti-clockwise direction.
5. Insert the motor unit into the hole of the chopper lid, and turn in clockwise direction to lock.
(See Fig.3)
6. Plug the appliance to power outlet. Then press and hold the low speed button or high speed
button to start operating.
7. Tostopthe appliance, release the low speed or high speed button of the motor unit.
8. Afterfinishing chopping, unplug the power outlet first after which remove the motor unit from
the chopper lid by turning it in anti-clockwise direction.
9. Openthe chopperlid by turning itin anti-clockwise and remove the chopped food.
Caution:
To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in
place.
- Besure thatthe chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating the appliance.
- Toensure safety during operation or after chopping, please disassemble the motor unit from
the chopper lid first. Never remove the chopper lid with the motor unit in place.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOREGG WHITE BEATER
Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 2 minute, and 2 minute rest time must be
maintained at two consecutive cycles.
1. To assemble the egg white beater with the motor unit, turn the whisk in an anti-clockwise
direction until tightened. To disassemble, just turn in the clockwise direction
2. Simply plug the hand blender to power outlet.
3. Place egg white into the cup, generally, two eggs white is enough.
4. Lower the hand blender into the food. Then press and hold the low speed button or high speed
button to start operating.
5. To stop the appliance, release the low speed or high speed button of the motor unit.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable stem.
Note: Do not immerse the detachable stem of the blender in water because overtime the
lubrication on the bearings may wash away.
2. Wash the detachable stem under running water, without the use of abrasive cleaner or
detergents. After finishing cleaning the detachable stem, place it upright so that any water
which may have trapped in can easily drain out. The stem is dishwashing safe component.

3. Wash the cup, bowl, beater and blade in warm soapy water. The bowl, bowl lid and the
beater are not recommended to be placed in dishwashing machine as the plastic
component deteriorates through prolonged use of dishwasher cleaning.
4. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as it may result
in an electric shock.
5. Dry thoroughly.
Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.
6. Reassemble the blender shaft to motor unit and then place it upright in wall bracket (see
Fig.4). User may also hang it up for saving on space.
QUICK CLEANING
Between processing tasks, hold the hand blender in the cup half filled with water and turn on for a
few seconds.
FIXING WALLBRACKET
You can fix the wall bracket as following:
1) Drill two same holes in wall and strictly follow the dimension as < a
indicated in the fig.5.
2) Knock two plastic tubes in them with hammer. + — 51mm
3) Secure the bracket on wall with another two screws.
