IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
We thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health, please use
this equipment correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and
using the equipment. Safe and effective use can only be assured if the equipment is
assembled, maintained, and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all
users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions.
1. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your physician to determine
if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety
at risk or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your physician’s advice is
essential if you are taking any medication that may affect your heart rate, blood
pressure, or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your
health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain,
tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness,
dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these conditions, you
should consult your physician before continuing with your exercise program.
3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for
adult use only.
4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor
or carpet. To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet of free space
all around it.
5. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment.
The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for
damage and/or wear and tear.
6. It is recommended that you lubricate all moving parts on a monthly basis.
7. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while
assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming
from the equipment during exercise, stop using the equipment immediately and don’t
use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.
8. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that
may become entangled in the equipment.
9. Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment.
10. The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 250 pounds.
11. This equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
12. Move with caution when lifting and moving the equipment. Always use proper lifting
technique and seek assistance if necessary.
13. Your product is intended for use in cool, dry conditions. You should avoid storage in
extreme cold, hot, or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and other related
problems.
14. This equipment is designed for indoor use only! It is not intended for commercial
use!

IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1. No more than one person can be on the trampoline at one time.
2. Do not perform flips as this may increase the risk of injury.
3. Check the screws, frame, and trampoline bed for any defects before use. Ensure
that the trampoline is placed on level ground.
4. Maintain a clear area around the trampoline.
5. Do not attach any components to this trampoline that has not been specifically
designed for it as this may be hazardous.
6. This trampoline is not recommended for children.
7. Misuse of this trampoline can be dangerous and cause serious injury.
8. Check the product regularly for signs of wear or damages.
9. Only use the trampoline if it’s clean and dry, do not use in the dark.
10. Keep pets away from the trampoline.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:
Lay the product on the floor. Kneel down in front of
the center hinge and place your hands as shown.
Pull outward (refer to Figure A), and ensure it is fully
extended before continuing.
IMPORTANT: Keep hands clear of all hinges!

STEP 2:
Turn the folded trampoline until the next
folded hinge is in front of you. Place your
hands at the positions as shown and
open the trampoline like a book until the
frame locks. Refer to Figure B.

STEP 3:
Remove thread protector caps & discard. Screw
the 6 legs in by hand. Refer to Figure C.
Turn the trampoline over, all 6 legs should be
locked in place and touching the floor.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 4:
Attach the stabilizing bar by first removing the
rubber foot on the 2 legs on the trampoline (skip a
leg as shown in Figure D). Slide the short tube
attached to the leg bar over the trampoline leg.

STEP 5:
Bar Connector 2
After you’ve attached the stabilizing bar
legs to the trampoline, slip an extension
onto each of the bar connectors and
complete assembly by attaching Bar
Connector 1 & 2 then snap it in place by
pushing the two ends together.

NOTE: The handlebar has 3 height
adjustment holes.
NOTE: If any springs should come undone during shipping, simply reattach the springs
onto the frame and jumping mat. Make sure to do this only when the trampoline is folded.
Do not fix when the trampoline is extended open.

FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Turn the trampoline upside down and
unscrew the 6 legs off by hand.
STEP 2:
Kneel down in front of the hinge. Place
one hand on the frame (near the hinge)
and press down. With your other hand,
firmly grasp the other side of the frame
and pull up.
STEP 3:
Once the trampoline has been folded in half,
you can fold it again. Kneel down in front of
the unit with the rounded frame away from
you. Place one hand on each side, just a
few inches away from the hinge. Pull the
hinges together.
CAUTION: Keep hands clear of all hinges!

WARNING! Always use caution when folding or unfolding the trampoline. Failure to
carefully secure the trampoline in a folded or unfolded position can result in serious bodily
injury.
