There is a spacious teak cockpit with a Pompanette Marlin chair and transom door. Cockpit
engine and helm controls are located to starboard, and a bait station sink with tackle locker on
the port side. Forward from the cockpit and up one step is the entry to the saloon through
double sliding doors. The spacious saloon has custom settees on the starboard and port sides,
and end table/book shelf and fold down desk/chart table with seat. Forward and on the same
level is a u-shaped galley to port and a custom dinette to starboard. Galley has a Corian
counter, Princess electric range, 22 cu. ft. double door refrigerator, and microwave. Farther
forward and down two steps is the companionway leading to the three staterooms. First is the
electrical distribution room to starboard, and then a double stateroom with full head and shower
to port, and a single stateroom with head/shower to starboard. The master stateroom with extrawide port berth and standard starboard berth is farther forward. The master head with a stall
shower in the forepeak is adjacent. The master stateroom has two spacious hanging lockers, and
each stateroom has it's own hanging locker.
The spacious fly-bridge is accessed from the cockpit by a ladder on the port side. She has a
custom built hardtop with forward windows and special side enclosures and aft roll-up curtains.
The helm is on the center-line with additional seating to port and starboard, and a bench style

freezer aft. A top-of-the-line selection of electronics and a custom chart table surround the well
designed helm console.

One of two custom built 56' Huckins Sportsman, "Siren" rides on the easy driven, famous
Quadraconic hull. The hull, decks and superstructure were sheathed in epoxy set fiberglass and
the bilges sealed with epoxy at the time of construction-cold moulded constrution. "Siren"
received a complete restoration and repower in 1999/2000, and additional upgrades and
exterior painting in 2007 at the Huckins yard. No expense was spared during the project. The
interior has a tasteful, bright decor with custom built-in furniture in the saloon. She has fresh
Awlgrip paint with a yellow hull, green boottop and white superstructure. The entire teak cockpit
deck has been renewed. She is a superbly maintained, up-graded classic Fairform Flyer that has
a proven record of raising fish. She is offered at avery attractive price for a qick sale.
