GENERAL HOUSE RULES
1. Bingo players must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Signed, valid admission receipt must be displayed at all times. You must be playing what is on your receipt
to be paid for a bingo.
3. Ink daubers must be used on all paper cards. No other marking device may be used on Bingo Cards. This
will void Bingo Cards.
4. No splitting or sharing of packs.
5. BINGO MUST BE YELLED LOUD ENOUGH TO STOP THE CALLER. BINGO MAY ONLY BE YELLED
AFTER THE CALLER ANNOUNCES THE BALL DISPLAYED ON THE VIDEO MONITORS.
6. A BINGO is valid only on the last number called.
7. Once the caller announces the letter or first number of the next ball, no BINGOs on the last number called
will be honored and the game will continue.
8. Once the caller declares a game closed, no other BINGOs will be honored.
9. Any bingo card with defective, duplicate or altered numbers will be invalid and can be exchanged at no
extra cost.
10. All bingo numbers must be legible to be valid. Only Standard American Numeral markings on U-Pik-Em
forms. NO INTERNATIONAL NUMERALS ALLOWED.
11. Winnings of $1200 or more are subject to IRS regulations and you must provide two (2) forms of legal
identification. The preferred forms of ID are the State Drivers License and the Social Security Card.
12. U-Pik-Em forms must be completed in ink. NO DUPLICATE NUMBERS ON A ROW. The original of the
U-Pik-Em form must be placed in the container on the table row you are seated. NO LATER THAN THE
START OF GAME 16. Boxes will be locked at the start of Game 16 and will not be re-opened. USE NO
DAUBERS ON FORMS.
13. In the event of multiple winners at the same level, the prize money will be divided equally. Where there are
multiple winners at different levels, the prize split will be determined by dividing the total number of winners
at all levels into each of the respective levels.
14. No cash refunds. In the event of session cancellation, you will be issued a coupon for use on your next visit
in an amount to be determined by management. Refunds are at the discretion of management.
15. NO RESERVING OR SAVING OF SEATS. A seat is only considered taken when there is a current
admission pack and receipt at that position.
16. Program subject to change without prior notice.
17. In the event of a dispute, Bingo Customers should contact a member of Management. All customers have
the right to request a Tribal Gaming Agency investigation of disputes over winnings. You may do so by
contacting Management for assistance or a Tribal Gaming Agency Inspector on the Casino or Bingo Floor.
18. One ELECTRONIC DEVICE per customer.
19. Customers need to have a signed, valid admission receipt to be eligible for prize drawings for all sessions
including special promotions and special programs.
20. Cigar and Pipe smoking is not permitted in the Bingotainment Center.
21. White copy of Konga Ball slips must be placed in container prior to the start of the main session.
22. It is the responsibility of the player to notify floor staff if they Bingo on their Konga Ball before the close of
the game.
