Travelling steamer safety
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using your steamer, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
1. Use steamer for its intended use.
2. To protect against a risk of electric shock, do not immerse the
steamer in water or other liquids.
3. Never yank cord to disconnect from outlet; instead, grasp plug and
pull to disconnect.
4. Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces. Let steamer cool
completely before putting away. Loop cord loosely around steamer
when storing.
5. Always disconnect steamer from electrical outlet when filling with
water or emptying, and when not in use.
6. Fill water tank with clean tap water or distilled water only.
7. This steamer does not require salt to operate. Do not use salt,
cleaning agent or any other liquid as it may create hazard and
damage on the steamer.
8. Do not operate steamer with a damaged cord or if the steamer has
been dropped or damaged. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do
not disassemble the steamer; take it to a qualified serviceman for
examination and repair. Incorrect reassembly can cause a risk of
electric shock when the steamer is used.
9. Close supervision is necessary for any appliance being used by or
near children. Do not leave steamer unattended while connected.
10. Do not direct steam to any parts of human or pets as it may cause scald.
11. Do not iron clothes or steam clothes on the body as this
may cause scald.
12. Burns can occur from touching hot surfaces, hot water or steam.
Use caution when you turn a steamer upside down. There may be
hot water in the water tank.
13. The appliance is not intended for use by children or other persons
without assistance or supervision if their physical, sensory or
mental capabilities prevent them from using it safely. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
14. Care should be taken when using the appliance due to the emission of
steam.
CAUTION: Never use with any cleaning agent, spray or stain
removing agents.

How to Operate
1. Before Use:
Unpack the appliance. Please read the instructions carefully before use,
and keep in a safe place for future reference. When reading, please refer
to the figures as mentioned in the text.
2. Swing Out The Handle:
Press the handle release button and swing out the handle until it locks
into place as shown in Fig.1.(Note: Before swinging out the handle, the
unit can not be switched on)

3. Removing The Water Tank:
Make sure the appliance is unplugged.Press the water tank release
button, and then remove water tank downward and backward. Fig.2

4. Filling The Water Tank:
Do not fill the appliance, other than the water tank is without water.
Remove the water tank cap, fill water tank with clean tap water or
distilled water only. Do not add salt or any other things. After filling,
recover the water tank cap.( Fig.3). If necessary, wipe split water on the
enclosure of the appliance. And then replace the water tank back into
the appliance until the release button clicked lock onto the handle.

5. Ready indicator light:
The ready indicator light will light up when the appliance is plugged in.
The appliance will be ready for use when the ready indicator light turns
off.
6. Assemble & Disassemble Brushes from the
steamer:
Insert bristle brush or lint brush into the fitting slot of the lower body
and then turn the brushes clockwise, it will be locked in place (Fig.4).
To disassemble the brushes from the steamer, only to turn them
counter-clockwise and take them upwards, it will be ok.

Caution: Before removing or attaching the brushes, unplug the
steamer from the electrical outlet and let it cool.
7. Steam Cleaning:
1.
Turn dual voltage select switch to correct voltage setting
corresponding to the local voltage.
2. Connect the appliance to power supply .
3. When the desired temperature has been reached, the ready
indicator light will turn off, the appliance is ready for use. The
desired working temperature will be reached within 2 minutes. If
the voltage is lower, the heat up time will be longer
4. Press the steam button at regular intervals and then a jet of steam
can be produced .For better performance on burst of steam, you
should not continuously press the steam button for more than 5
times
The appliance can be used for all directions.
Caution: Pressing the button too frequently will cause dripping and
leakage in water.
8. Types of Clothing Material:
This appliance is not suitable for steam cleaning leather. The appliance
can be used in virtually all other articles of clothing and fabrics in the
home. If you have any doubts, we recommend that you test the
appliance on the inside fabric of the garment. For delicate materials,
such as silk or velvet, it is supposed to remove the lint brush and
steam clean the material from a distance.
9. Care Of Clothes:
Hang the creased articles of clothing on a clothes hanger. Pull the
clothing tightly with one hand, place the appliance over the creased
area of the clothing. Gently press the appliance against the clothing,
and then press the steam button several times and at the same time
smooth the material with clothes brush, In this way steam will
penetrate right into the fabric, and not just pass over the surface. After
treatment, let the article of clothing cool down on the hanger. Fig.5.

10. Care Of Curtains & Upholstery:
Creases can be removed from curtains while they are hanging on the
rail, followed the procedure described in “Care of clothes”. The
appearance of upholstery can also be improved by steaming with the
appliance. If the appliance is being used in a horizontal position, best
results are achieved by holding it upright occasionally.
11.Multi- directions steam cleaning:
Maintenance
1.After Use:
After Use, unplug the unit from the electrical socket and allow it to cool
down. If you do not intend to use the appliance again soon, it is
advisable to drain the water out of the water tank.
2.Storage:
Drain the water out of the tank. Pressing the handle release button and
swing handle back to its original position. Allow it dry before storage.
3.Care, Cleaning & Descaling:
All cleaning and maintenance must be done after the steamer is
unplugged and cool.
Dirt or build-up at the nozzle can be removed by a small tooth brush or
a toothpick.
Warning: Do not drop anything inside the nozzle. The body of
appliance (when cooling down) should occasionally be wiped
over with a moist cloth. Wipe dry before use or storage. The
steamer does not need any chemicals or descaling agent for
descaling. If descaling is really necessary, use clean distilled
water only. Direct steam to an empty sink until the water is
used up. Repeat if necessary.
