Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 scoop Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
1 heaping Tbsp. of crunchy peanut butter
1 cup spinach
6-8 ice cubes
Directions:
Add almond milk, Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens, crunchy peanut butter,
banana and spinach to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice if you want to make it thicker.
Enjoy a tasty, healthy smoothie while getting a head start on your veggies
for the day.

Chocolate Mint Greens Smoothie
Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
1 scoop Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
5-8 fresh mint leaves
1 avocado or 2 bananas
12 oz. coconut water
1 Tbsp. Barlean’s Chocolate Mint Essential Woman Swirl
1 inch piece of ginger
fresh lemon juice
6-8 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine coconut water, mint leaves, ginger, lemon juice and avocado or
bananas in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add ice and blend well.
Add Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens and Barlean’s Chocolate Mint
Essential Woman Swirl.
Blend well.
Serve immediately.

Chocolate Pumpkin Smoothie
Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
½ cup almond milk
½ cup pumpkin puree (homemade or canned)
½ tbsp. Barlean’s Forti-Flax®
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1 frozen banana
1 scoop Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. maple syrup
4 ice cubes
water
Coconut Whip Cream (optional)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into glass.
The smoothie is thick. Use water to thin as desired.
Top with Coconut Whip Cream if desired.

Chocolate Avocado Smoothie
Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 scoops Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
1 frozen banana
5 oz. plain Greek yogurt
½ cup coconut or almond milk
1 Tbsp. of Barlean’s Forti-Flax®
3-4 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Mix until very creamy.
Add coconut or almond milk for desired thickness.
Serve immediately.

Coffee Colada Smoothie
Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
1 scoop Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
1-2 frozen bananas
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp. Barlean’s Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tsp. Barlean’s MCT Coconut Swirl
1 Tbsp. ground coffee beans
6-8 ice cubes
Directions:
Add almond milk, Barlean’s Organic Virgin Coconut Oil and Barlean’s MCT
Coconut Swirl. Blend for 10 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.

The Perfect Greens Smoothie
Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
8 oz. coconut water
1 avocado
1 green apple, peeled and sliced
1 cup of kale or spinach
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 scoop Barlean’s Organic Greens
1 Tbsp. of Barlean’s Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp. of raw honey or agave
6-8 ice cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend until mixed well.
Serve Immediately.

Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup almond milk
1 scoop Barlean’s Organic Greens
1-2 cups of kale, arugula or spinach
1 Tbsp. raw honey
4 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Tips/Twists:
Use unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Add a shot of espresso for a caffeine boost
Add fresh raspberries for some extra sweetness

Carrot Apple Ginger Greens Smoothie
Servings: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:
1 bunch of carrots
2 apples
1 avocado
¼ lemon
⅓ inch fresh ginger
pinch of sea salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 scoop Barlean’s Organic Greens
purified water as needed
Directions:
Juice apples and carrots.
Combine juice with remaining ingredients into high powered blender.
Mix well.
Serve Immediately.

Servings: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1-2 cups frozen blueberries
1-2 cups pineapple juice
1 scoop Barlean’s Organic Berry Greens
½ cup kale
2 Tbsps. Barlean’s Forti-Flax®
1-2 tsps. raw honey
water, as needed
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in blender.
Only add enough water to cover ingredients.
Mix well and add water for thinner consistency.
Serve immediately.

½ cup coconut water
½ cup apple juice

¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 dates, pitted

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.

Servings: 1-2 smoothies
Ingredients:
8 oz. coconut milk
1 Tbsp. almond butter or cashew butter
1-2 frozen bananas
1-2 cups fresh organic berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries,
blackberries, or combo)
1-2 Tbsps. of Barlean’s Organic Berry Greens
2-3 Tbsps. of Barlean’s Blackberry Omega Swirl
purified water as needed
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Add water to thin to desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

2-3 ice cubes
1 cup organic mixed berries – blueberries, raspberries, strawberries,
cranberries, etc.
1 cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend well.

Servings: 2 smoothies
Ingredients
2 cups of frozen organic berries
2 cups of coconut water/coconut milk
1 scoop Barlean’s Organic Berry Greens
1 scoop Barlean’s Superfruit Strawberry-Kiwi Greens
1 Tbsp. raw honey or agave
1 Tbsp. Barlean’s Blackberry Flax Oil Omega Swirl
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
Enjoy!

Barlean’s Greens Very Berry Fruit Leather
Ingredients
2 cups of Very Berry Smoothie
Directions
Add Berry Smoothie to a pot and bring to a boil to reduce.
Once reduced, spread smoothie on baking sheet lined with greaseproof
paper.
Dehydrate at 115° overnight (total of 8-10 hours)
Slice in strips with a pizza cutter.
Enjoy!

Chocolate Mint Pudding
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
3 avocados
2 bananas
1 cup almond milk
2-3 scoops Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens (to taste)
2 Tbsps. Barlean’s Chocolate Mint Essential Woman Swirl
Directions:
In a blender or food processor blend all ingredients until smooth.
Chill for an hour in the refrigerator and enjoy.

Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter Bites
Servings: 18-20 bites
Ingredients:
2 cups sunflower seed butter
½ cup raisins
¾ cup gluten-free oats
½ cup shredded coconut
1 Tbsp. Barlean’s Forti-Flax®
1 scoop Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
1 Tbsp. agave
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in medium mixing bowl, until well mixed.
Roll into bite sized balls.
Roll in Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens.
Store in the refrigerator.
Treat yourself to a healthy snack.

Chocolate Silk Orange Balls
Servings: 8 (1 Tbsp. sized) balls
Ingredients:
5-6 pitted medjool dates
2 Tbsps. unsweetened cocoa powder (raw cacao is a great substitution)
1 heaping Tbsp. of Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
2 cups of walnuts
¼ tsp. sea salt
4 tsp. of orange zest
½ tsp. orange oil
3 Tbsps. Barlean’s Forti-Flax®
Directions:
Blend the following in a food processor: dates, 1 cup walnuts, 2 tsp. orange
zest, orange oil, chocolate greens & cocoa powder
Form into small balls – a tablespoon measuring spoon can make this easy.
Blend 1 cup walnuts in a food processor.
Combine with Barlean’s Forti-Flax® and 2 tsp. orange zest.
Spread dry mixture onto a cutting board and roll balls so that they are
evenly coated.
Decorate for extra fun before eating.

Almost-Raw Chocolate Walnut Brownies
Servings: 12 brownie squares
Ingredients:
1½ cup walnuts (set aside ½ cup coarsely chopped)
1 cup almonds
¾ cup raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
1 scoop Barlean’s Organic Greens
1 handful vegan chocolate chips
2½ cups pitted medjool dates
large pinch of sea salt or more to taste
Directions:
In food processor process the nuts first.
Then add everything else except the dates.
After this looks evenly blended, start adding your dates one by one while
processing. It should easily stick together.
In a separate bowl, using a spatula, mix the two together.
Then line a Pyrex pan or flat dish with parchment.
Press mixture evenly into pan.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares for serving.
Enjoy and share with the loves in your life!

Servings: 16 cubed Popsicles
Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
2 scoops Barlean’s Superfruit Strawberry Kiwi Greens
2 Tbsps. Barlean’s Strawberry Banana Omega Swirl
1 banana
toothpicks/Popsicle sticks
Directions
Mix ingredients in a blender.
Pour into ice tray/popsicle mold.
Place one toothpick into every ice cube section and freeze overnight.
Enjoy a cool, tasty treat the next day.

juice of 1 fresh grapefruit
1 cup Greek plain yogurt
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1-2 avocados, pitted and sliced
1 cup pecans
1 cup blackberries
4-5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Barlean’s Forti-Flax®
Directions:
For Sweet Creamy Berry Salad Dressing
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Barlean’s Organic Flax Oil, Barlean’s
Blackberry Omega Swirl, rice vinegar, Grapefruit juice, Greek yogurt and
Barlean’s Organic Berry Greens.
Mix well to combine.
For Salad
In a separate large serving bowl, combine remaining salad ingredients.
Add Sweet Creamy Berry Salad Dressing to mixture.
Gently toss to combine.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 scoop Barlean’s Superfruit Strawberry-Kiwi Greens
1 Tbsp. Barlean’s Pomegranate Blueberry Total Omega Vegan Swirl
1 Tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. minced onion
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
½ cup Barlean’s Organic Flax Oil
¼ cup water
assortment of salad ingredients for 6 (mixed greens, tomatoes, etc.)
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the following: balsamic vinegar, Barlean’s Superfruit
Strawberry-Kiwi Greens, Barlean’s Pomegranate Blueberry Total Omega
Vegan Swirl, minced onion, chopped garlic, water, salt and pepper. Whisk
vigorously to combine.
Then add in the Barlean’s Organic Flax Oil by droplets, whisking constantly.
(Or, add all ingredients to a screw-top jar and shake to combine.)
Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed. Drizzle over your favorite salad
mix and enjoy!
