Safety information
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Carefully read and follow these instructions. Pay attention to the danger and caution labels displayed on the

Optional I/O interface
【Standard Version】
The other I/O interface (COM/LPT) depends by customer’s demand or project.
Notice:
The VGA connector type is DB15 male with DC12V output and it only works on specific 10.4” 2 nd display.
If you need to display on a standard monitor, the VGA converter cable (P/N: 3CW000000190) in accessory box is
mandatory to plug in.
Please do not obtain a normal VGA converter cable to connect with standard monitor.

Using the touch screen
Touch Driver Installation:
The shipping package includes a Driver CD. You can find every individual driver and utility that enables you to
install the drivers in the Driver CD.
Please insert the Driver CD into the drive and double click on the “autorun.exe” to pick up the models.
Notice:
1. ToriPOS is PCT touch panel, it will show the below image, please remove COM6 icon.
2. At the Windows 7 Operation System environment, when customer want to use PCT touch multi-touch it is not
required to install the touch driver.

With a finger to touch, you can make ToriPOS work at your command.
Your touch functions like a mouse device:
• Touch = left-click on the mouse
• Touch and hold = right-click on the mouse
Cleaning the touch screen
The touch screen requires periodic cleaning to achieve the best touch sensitivity. Keep the screen clean from foreign
objects or excessive dust accumulation.
To clean the screen:
• Turn off the system and disconnect the power cord from the wall.
• Spray a small amount of a household glass cleaner onto the supplied cleaning cloth and gently wipe the screen
surface.
• Do not use an abrasive cleaner or a coarse cloth when cleaning the screen.

After the rebooting the system will show you below information. Press <CTRL+ I> into RAID configuration utility.

How to remove the 10.4” LENS cover
Please use the sucker that is bundle with 10.4” 2nd display to remove the 10” LENS cover
Hold the 10” 2nd display.
Attach the sucker on the LENS cover.
Pull the sucker.
Remove the LENS cover.

Remove the LCD side cover first and then tighten the MSR/I-Button module on the same position.
*The screw to fix the MSR module please use the screw (M3*18mm) that is bundle with MSR module.

The left side of front panel is for RFID, FPR and Smart card reader.
