Maintenance
Your new faucet is designed for years of trouble-free
performance. Keep it looking new by cleaning it periodically
with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh
chemicals as these will dull the finish and void your warranty.
Safety Tips
· If you use soldering for the installation of the faucet, the seats,
cartridges and washers will have to be removed before using
a flame. Otherwise, the warranty will be void on these parts.
· Protect your eyes with safety glasses when cutting or soldering
water supply lines.
· Cover your drain to avoid losing parts.
Important Points
Prior to beginning installation, turn off the cold and hot water
lines and turn on the old faucet to release built-up pressure.
When installing your new faucet, turn the connector nuts finger
tight, then use a wrench to anchor the fitting and a second
wrench to tighten the nuts one additional turn. Connections
that are too tight can compromise the integrity of the system.
Wrap all threaded connections with a Teflon tape. Always wrap
in a clockwise direction.

Preparation / Assembly
1. Place the deck plate (F) and base plate (G) over the three
mounting holes in the sink.
Place the base (C) over the center mounting hole on the
deck plate (F).
Note: If you do not wish to install this faucet with
the deck plate, proceed to step 2.
Apply a thin bead of silicone sealant (not included)
around the bottom of the base plate (G).
2. Place the base (C) onto the center mounting hole in the
sink.
3. Insert the faucet body (A) into the center mounting hole
in the sink.
Secure the faucet body (A) to the sink by installing the
rubber washer (J), plastic support piece (K), and
U-Shaped metal washer (L) onto the threaded rod (D), as
shown; then thread the mounting nut (M) onto the
threaded rod and tighten securely.
Note: Ensure that the water lines are flushed before
installing the faucet.

4. Connect the water supply lines of the faucet (A) to the
sink water supply lines (not included).
Ensure that the faucet supply line with the red marking
is attached to the hot water supply line and the blue
faucet supply line is attached to the cold water supply
line.
5. Attach the pull-down hose (I) to the outlet tube (D) and
screw the adapter (H), and tighten firmly in place.
6. Tighten the two halves of the weight (N) to the
pull-down hose (I) approximately 30cm (1 ft.) below the
connection of the water outlet tube.
Check the function of the weight and hose by pulling
the pull-down hose (I) and checking that its movement
path underneath the sink is free from obstruction.

7. Open the water supply and check all of the water
connections for leaks.
If you discover any leaks, check the connections to ensure
they are installed properly.
Remove the pull-down sprayer (B) from the faucet body (A),
and run the water for approximately 1 minute to flush the
lines.
Re-attach the pull-down sprayer (B).
8. Pull the faucet handle away from the faucet body (A) to
turn the water on. Push the faucet handle back towards the
faucet body (A) to turn the water off.
For cold water, pull the faucet handle towards you. For hot
water, push the faucet handle away from you.
9. The pull-down sprayer (B) works in two modes: center jet and
dispersed spray. To switch between these modes, press the
top and bottom points on the spray head button (1).

The manufacturer warrants that the parts and assemblies of this product will be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal household use for as long as it is owned by the original
consumer purchaser.
This warranty covers the original purchaser with original receipt only and does not include business,
commercial or industrial use of this product. This warranty shall not apply to goods which have been
subject to accidents, negligence or improper installation. Our responsibility under this warranty is limited
only to the replacement of parts and no other costs. Should a malfunction occur within the time covered
by this warranty, replacement parts may be obtained from Customer Service Department 888-856-6322.
The manufacturer will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts for installation by consumer for any
parts that prove defective under normal usage and care with new or equivalent parts.
