CALIBRATION OF THE PM 1200 HYDRO WEIGH AND THE MAYWOOD 2000 TIPLOADER DISPLAY ZERO CALIBRATION : 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) Lift the body clear of the chassis, ensure that the body is empty. Press and hold the ON/OFF key until SETUP appears and then let go of key. Display will now say CALIBRATION. Press the DOWN (CHANNEL) key once, the display will now say Zero All ? Press the ENTER key once. Display will say wait followed by zero ok and then return to the Zero All ? screen. 7) Press the UP (MODE) key 4 times until the DONE ? screen appears. 8) Press the ENTER key . 9) The display is now zeroed and is now ready for a FULL LOAD calibration. FULL LOAD CALIBRATION: Before you perform a full load calibration please weigh your vehicle empty and obtain the reading. Then load the vehicle and obtain your gross weight. You will have to work out your payload or nett weight. This information is printed out on most weighbridge tickets. 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) Lift the body clear of the chassis. Press and hold the ON/OFF key until SETUP appears and then let go of key. Display will now say CALIBRATION. Press the DOWN (CHANNEL) key until Cal Wt appears on the screen. Press the EDIT key once. A flashing cursor will appear under the far right digit of the figure displayed on the screen. 7) Using the UP (MODE) and the DOWN (CHANNEL) keys to move the flashing digit between 0-9 and the EDIT key to move the cursor from right to left, input your Payload / nett weight. 8) Once the figure is correct press the ENTER key once then after 2 seconds press once again. 9) The display will say wait and then say Cal Ok, and return to the Cal Wt screen, press the UP (MODE) key until display says DONE ? and press the ENTER key. 10) The display will now return to normal weighing mode and display your payload. 11) The system is now calibrated and is ready for use. SETTING THE ALARM IF FITTED: 1) Press the DOWN (CHANNEL) key until ALM is displayed. 2) Press the EDIT key so that a flashing cursor appears under the far right digit. 3) Using the UP and Down key to alter the digit and the EDIT key to move the cursor from right to left input your target weight. 4) Press the ENTER key. 5) Press the Enter key again to Arm the Alarm, the display will read ALM ON when armed.
