To replace the batteries, remove the single screw on the back of the gauge case. Hold the keypad in the palm of your hand. Carefully remove the three batteries from the holder and replace the batteries. Use only AAA alkaline non-rechargeable batteries.

The Ashcroft Digital Test Gauge is available in three accuracy levels: 0.05%, 0.10%, and 0.25%. All accuracy levels are Full Scale Terminal Point Total Error Band (TEB) Accuracy including Hysteresis, Linearity, Repeatablility & Temperature.

The factory default password for the Ashcroft Digital Test Gauge is ØØØØØ. This password does not allow access to calibration. To access the calibration mode, you must configure a user password.

The Ashcroft Digital Test Gauge is available in a variety of ranges, including vacuum through 7000 psi. See the engineering units section of the manual for a complete list of available ranges.

The Ashcroft Digital Test Gauge allows for both zero and span adjustments. To access calibration, you must first configure a user password. Once a user password is configured, you can access the calibration mode through the CONFIG menu. Ensure the gauge is not pressurized while adjusting the zero point, then press ENTER. To adjust the span, pressurize the gauge to 100% of the range, then press ENTER.
