GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The QM 115 is a full range, 2-way bass reflex floor monitor system. Equipped with a single neodymium 15” woofer (3” coil) and a 2”
compression driver (3” coil) coupled to the woofer in a coaxial configuration with separate magnetic assemblies. The drivers horn combined
with the shape of LF cone results in a single waveguide with controlled 70° conical dispersion that is free of polar lobbing effects typical of
traditional horn and woofer combinations.
The coax assembly closely approximates an acoustic point source with advantages in term of wavefront coherency and uniform axis
symmetrical directivity. The result is a high quality vocal presence and clarity ideal for proximity use, high feedback stability and high sound
pressure level capability.
The QM 115, thanks to dedicated hardware and cabinets shape, can be used in semi-circular arrays of two enclosures result in an horizontal
dispersion of 110° to enhance either SPL and coverage.
The QM 115 multi shape cabinet can be coupled to QS 118 subwoofer tomakeanexcellent side fill and drummonitoring system.
Perfect as stagemonitor, QM 115 is also designed for distributed sound reinforcements, fixed installations and front-of-house applications for
theatres, clubs and multi-pourpose venue. The cabinet is constructed from 18mm birch polywood finish in a durable and scratch resistant
paint. Dual-mode passive filter with facility for full-range or bi-amp operation with external processing of the signal.
4 M10 anchoring points for suspended installation and full compatibility with dedicated mounting hardware. The connector panel’s have dual
NL4 speakon for reliable input and loop through connections.

ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SPECS.
FULL-RANGE (PASSIVE)
The 2-way full range loudspeaker shall incorporate one 15” LF transducer
and a 2” HF driver.
The HF driver shall be loaded on a rotable horn with a nominal coverage
pattern of 70° conical.
An internal dual-mode passive filter with HF protection shall provide
acoustical crossover and system equalization.
Input panel shall easily change from passive to biamp operation via internal
connector.
System frequency response shall vary no more than +/- 6dB from 60Hz to
18kHzmeasured on axis.
The loudspeaker shall produce a sound pressure level (SPL) of 130 dB on
axis at 1 meter.
It shall handle 350 watts of amplifier power long term (AES standard) and
shall have a nominal impedance of 8 ohm.
It shall be constructed of 18mm Baltic birch wood with internal
reinforcement.
Input connectors shall be two NL4 speakon.
The front of loudspeaker shall be covered with a powder-coated perforated
grille with foam.
