Truck pull is limited to 70 TRUCKS
 A pre-registration fee of $15.00 is required and can be paid ONLY at
OK AUTO 4WD and TIRE before the day of the pull.
 Registration on the day of the pull will be up until 5:00 p.m. sharp!
and the fee will be $40.00.
 Weigh-ins & Inspections will start at 4:00 p.m. through 6:00 p.m. in
the fenced in area next to the roadway on Stryker Road.
 Mandatory Drivers Meeting at 6:30 p.m.!
 All vehicles will enter arena from that area.

GENERAL RULES
1. All participants at every event must sign a waiver understanding that
they are entering a pulling contest at their own risk and that they will
not bring suit against the Warren County Farmers’ Fair Association,
Inc. , its directors, OK Auto 4-Wheel Drive and Tire, Inc., and sponsors
from any and all responsibility or liability for injury or damages, and
also, release and agree to indemnify the Warren County Farmers’
Fair Association, Inc., OK Auto 4-Wheel Drive and Tire, Inc., against
any damage claim, legal proceeding or judgment arising out of the
transportation, or exhibition of the listed participant at the said Fair,
and further agree to hold the said Warren County Farmers’ Fair
Association, Inc., OK Auto 4-Wheel Drive and Tire, Inc., harmless from
any claim or suit for injury, damage or blame resulting from the
participation in this event.
2. Each driver and truck may register only once in each class. Maximum
2 classes.
3. Driver must have a valid driver’s license and must be at least 18 years
of age.
4. Vehicle must have a current state inspection sticker and license for
Classes.
5. 3. All drivers must wear a D.O.T. helmet. Helmet must be fastened. It
is mandatory that open body vehicles have a 4 point roll bar securely
fastened to frame.
6. All vehicles be equipped with a minimum of one (1) lb. Halon type
fire extinguisher, fully charged, in working condition and convenient
to operator.
7. Seat belts are required to be worn.
8. All vehicles must have a 4-Wheel hydraulic brake system in good
working condition.
9. Vehicles must have a solid fire wall and floor. Only holes allowed are
that for brakes, clutch, transmission controls and wiring. No gas tanks
or batteries allowed in cab of vehicle unless factory installed.
10.All vehicles must be in a safe working condition and be operated in a
safe manner at all times.
11.All vehicles must pass tech inspection before hooking to sled. If
presiding Head Official(s) thinks a vehicle is unsafe, official(s) have
the right not to allow vehicle to pull. The tech inspection area closes
6:00 p.m. sharp!!
12.All engine fans must be shrouded.
13.NO smoking while on track.
14.All participants must drive vehicle onto track and into position for
hook up under its own power and must leave track under its own
power unless for breakage.
15.Track officials will have the option to check pullers for weight and
rule violations at any time during the event.
16.Only the DRIVER will be allowed in a vehicle when it is being towed or
driven while in the pit area or track. No rider(s) in or on any vehicle
while in the pit area or track, to include tow vehicles, competing
vehicles, tow back and maintenance equipment of any kind. When
the pulling vehicle’s motor is running, the driver must be in the
driver’s seat. NO EXCEPTIONS.
17.All vehicles must be in neutral or park while being hooked or
unhooked from the sled. Driver must raise both hands while hooking
and unhooking from sled.
18.No one is allowed on the track except for track officials and
participant when vehicle is under the green flag. Track is defined as
the area within 35 feet in any direction of the contest boundaries,
including the run off area at the finish end of the track.
19.Vehicles will not start pulling until both flagmen have green flags
showing. Vehicles must stop immediately upon signal of red flag from
flagmen.
20.All pulls must start with a tight chain, no jerking of any kind is
permitted and vehicle must remain within boundaries of the track or
the puller will be disqualified.
21.Puller will be allowed a total of two (2) attempts within the 75 feet
mark to start the sled. Test puller may drop six (6) positions.
22.Mandatory drivers' meeting will be held before starting of event at
6:30 p.m. SHARP!
23.A participant will be disqualified for either emotional or physical
reasons by Head Officials, or track official(s). Example: Recklessness,
drugs, or drinking alcoholic beverages. Any driver or any of his/her
crew incapacitated to an intoxicating agent, and/or drugs, will be
barred from the event.
24.If a vehicle and/or driver is disqualified for any reason, no refund of
entry fee will be given.
25.All participants will, at the time of tech inspection, pick pulling
positions through a drawing.
26.Trophies and gift certificates will be presented to the first, second
and third class winners.
27.Dual wheels only acceptable in Diesel classes.
28.Please read disclaimer on registration form before signing as it has

GAS CLASS RULES
1. Hook point must be no more than 6 inches in, from rear of frame.
Hook point/drawbar for 4WD vehicles cannot exceed 26” in height
before, during or after the pull.
2. Drawbar must be rigid in all directions and must be in center line of
vehicle. No chains, cables, or double clevis for hitching device.
3. Drawbar must be equipped with a steel hitching device no more than
2” by 2” square or 2” round stock: and with a 3” round hole,
maximum of 3 1/2 “ round hole.
4. Hitch device must be securely attached at rear of frame. No pintle
hitches (must be one piece of steel). Street stock must have class 3
type hitch or a bumper that is of class 3 capacity.
5. Tires must be D.O.T. approved in all classes except Gas Modified. Cut
tires are allowed only in Gas Modified class. D.O.T tires cannot be
altered in any way.
6. Suspension may be blocked only in modified classes. Blocks must be
securely fastened. Must be stock suspension or lifted suspension
with stock configuration.
7. Air bags must be deflated with air hoses disconnected in stock
classes.
8. Weights in front allowed in modified classes. Weights must be
securely fastened. Automatic disqualification if weights fall off. No
weights and /or ballast inside cab. Loose weights and/or ballast are
not allowed. Weights and/or weight bars cannot exceed 60 inches
from center of front axle towards front of vehicle in Modified Class.
Vehicles will be weighed with registered driver. VEHICLE MUST BE
REGISTERED BEFORE WEIGHING WITH WEIGHTS ALREADY ON.
Weights in bed of truck must be securely fastened.
9. Body, hood, bed and fenders must meet O.E.M. specifications on
class 1-3. Flatbeds must be NJ street legal.
10.One four barrel carburetor: aluminum intake allowed. No rams or
cross rams allowed. Street Modified and Modified class may use nonoriginal engine. No blowers or super charger. Classes 4 and 5 must
have drive shaft loop, U-Joint shield, and an external kill switch for
engine.
11.Headers permitted but no larger than 3” opening. Only classes 2 ,4,
and 5 may run open exhaust. If engine is not stock, blow-proof bell
housing on trucks with standard blanket on automatic transmission
may be required. If required, automatic transmission must be
covered 360 degrees with an approval blow-proof blanket. Blanket
must cover from back of engine block to where the tail shaft bolts to
the main housing of the transmission. S.F.I. approved transmission
shields will be permitted.
8000LB STREET LEGAL DIESEL TRUCK RULES
WORK STOCK
The Work Stock (WS) Class is designed for daily-driven, on the road pickup
trucks (full-bodied diesel pickup truck). Valid DOT registration and license
plates are mandatory. The vehicle may be two or four-wheel drive.
Regulations:
1. Ballast: Ballast is permitted. Hanging front weights are prohibited.
Ballast may be added in the bed of the truck. If used, ballast must be
securely fastened to the bed of the truck. Final decisions rest with
the tech official.
2. Batteries: The batteries must be securely mounted. They may not
be located in the driver compartment or forward of the radiator core
support.
3. Body: The Body must be an OEM truck body, including the full bed
floor. The body must retain all original sheet metal. Metal Aftermarket hoods are permitted, Fiberglass is prohibited. The hood must
be closed and securely latched while the vehicle is hooked to the
sled. The complete OEM firewall and OEM floor pan is mandatory.
4. Brakes: Four-wheel hydraulic brakes are mandatory and must be
functional.
5. Chassis: The OEM chassis is mandatory. The engine must be in the
OEM location for the body being used. The vehicle must retain the
full OEM chassis. Wheel tubs, back-half conversions, tube chassis,
etc., are prohibited.
6. Cooling System: Radiators must be in the stock location and must be
of at least stock size.
7. Credentials: All drivers must have a valid state driver’s license,
inspection, registration, & current insurance in hand at time of event
sign up.
8. Driveline: An OEM transmission and transfer case are mandatory.
They must have been an option on a one-ton or smaller pickup.
9. Driver Restraint System: The OEM restrain system is mandatory and
must be worn.
10.Engine: The engine is limited to a stock-appearing, OEM makespecific compression ignition engine. Nitrous Oxide is prohibited
along with other oxygen extenders as well as the use of propane is
also prohibited. All system components MUST be removed from the
truck.
11.Exhaust: The exhaust must exit rearward of the driver's
compartment. Stacks exiting through the hood or fender well are
prohibited. If the muffler or catalytic converter have been changed
from stock, two 3/8 inch diameter bolts must be installed through
the exhaust pipe in a cross pattern within one inch of each other as
close to the turbo as is practical.
12.Fire Extinguisher System: A fire extinguisher system is permitted. It
must be securely mounted.
13.Fuel: The fuel must be pump #1 or #2 diesel only. Soy/Bio-diesel
fuel is permitted. Off-road diesel fuel is prohibited.
14.Fuel Injection Pump: The fuel injection pump is limited to a stock
appearing, OEM engine model-specific pump only. The use of
multiple high-pressure common-rail fuel pumps is prohibited. Power
Stroke engines with a single factory turbo may utilize a second
HPOP. Pumps from different years in the same engine model may be
interchanged.
15.Fuel System: The OEM fuel tank is mandatory and must be used.
Racing fuel cells are prohibited and must be removed from the
vehicle.
16.Harmonic Balancer: All engines turning 4500 RPM and higher must
be equipped with a harmonic balancer or damper meeting SFI Spec
18.1.
17.Hitch: The hitch must be a receiver-style hitch; reinforcements are
permitted. Reinforcements must not extend forward of the
centerline of the rear axle. Trick hitches are prohibited. The hooking
point must be in the rear most point on the vehicle and must be
rearward of the stock location of the tailgate. The hitch must be
horizontal to the ground and stationary in all directions. Bumpers
may be notched or removed. The hitch's height from the ground
may not exceed 26 inches. The hooking point must have a minimum
3 x 3.5inch inside diameter opening for the sled hook. No clevis or
vertical hitches allowed.
18.Interior: A complete interior, including dashboard, door panels,
headliners, etc., is mandatory. Two matching front seats are
mandatory. Aftermarket seats are permitted; they must be fully
upholstered. All factory controls (lights, signals, horn, windows,
wipers, etc.) must be retained and be operative. The use of hand
throttle controls is prohibited.
19.Rear End: Non-OEM rear end housings are prohibited. It must have
been an option on a one-ton or smaller pick up. Rear axle bolts must
be covered by a cap or shield.
20.Steering: The vehicle must retain the full, original OEM steering
gear. The vehicle must retain the original OEM power steering
assistance, if it was so equipped. Additional stabilizers are
permitted. Non-OEM power assist methods are prohibited.
21.Street Equipment: Complete headlight and taillight assemblies (all)
are mandatory and must be operative. Complete OEM windshield
and windows are mandatory. Windows must be operative per
factory specifications; that is, they must open and close via OEM
electrical or mechanical means.
22.Suspension, Front: The upper mounting point for strut assemblies
must be in the factory location. Adjustable caster/camber pillow ball
mounts are permitted. The lower control arm may be strengthened
provided factory-mounts are permitted. The lower control arm may
be strengthened provided factory-mounting points to chassis are
maintained. The lower mounting point for the strut assembly may be
modified for improved caster or camber. Strut tower braces, lower
tie bars, sway bars, and limit straps are permitted. Traction bars and
devices are permitted.
23.Suspension, Rear: An OEM-style suspension is mandatory. Lowering
or raising the vehicle height with suspension modifications is
permitted. Traction bars and devices are permitted. They must be
bolt-on only; welds are permitted for attachment to frame or axle
housing. All OEM suspension mounting points must be retained and
used. Sway bars, limit straps, and camber kits are permitted. The rear
suspension must maintain a minimum compression shock travel of
one inch compression. Stops may be adjustable. All rear suspensions
must use at least one working shock absorber per wheel. Airbag
spring assistance is permitted; airbag compressors must be
disconnected, no in-cab controls.
24.Tires: The tires must be DOT street tires. Cut tires are prohibited.
25.Tow Vehicles: Tow vehicles are prohibited.
26.Transfer Case: Non OEM transfer cases are prohibited. The transfer
case must have been an option on a one-ton or smaller pick-up truck.
27.Transmission, Automatic: Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited.
All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more using an
automatic transmission must be equipped with a transmission shield
meeting SFI Spec 4.1 and must be labeled accordingly. A blanket-type
shield is permitted; it must be appropriately labeled as meeting SFI
Spec 4.1 and it must extend from the rear of the block to the front of
tail housing with a minimum of six inch overlap where it is fastened.
All non-blanket-type shields must incorporate two (or one, per
manufacturer’s instructions) 3/4 inch by 1/8 inch straps that bolt to
the shield on each side and pass under the transmission pan unless
the transmission pan is labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4.1. All vehicles
with engines running 4500 RPM or more and using an automatic
transmission must be equipped with a flex plate meeting SFI Spec
29.1 and be covered by a flex plate shield meeting SFI Spec 30.1.
28.Transmission, Manual: Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited. A
clutch meeting minimum SFI Spec 1.1 or 1.2 is mandatory on all
vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more. All manual
transmissions must be clutch assisted. Sequential shifters are
prohibited. All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more
equipped with a manual transmission must have a flywheel shield
labeled as meeting minimum SFI Spec 6.3 or greater. Applications for
which an SFI Spec flywheel shield is not available may use a properly
attached SFI 4.1 or 4.2 blanket that completely covers the bell
housing it must be attached to the block and extend rearward to
the transmission with a minimum six inch overlap where it is
fastened.
29.Turbocharger: The turbocharger is limited to a stock-appearing,
OEM/Factory make-specific charger only. Turbochargers from
different years in the same make may be interchanged. 6.4 liter
Power Stroke engine may utilize the factory twin-turbo configuration.
30.Water Injection: Water injection is prohibited. All system
components must be removed from the truck.
31.Wheelbase: The vehicle must retain the original factory wheelbase
and track width.
DIESEL 2.8 TURBO CLASS
All trucks pulling in 2.8 must have their entire air intake removed prior to
entering the tech area.
Weight: 8000lbs. Maximum, with driver.
REGULATIONS:
1. Ballast: Ballast is permitted. Hanging weights must not extend more
than 60 inches from the centerline of the front axle.
2. Batteries: The batteries must be securely mounted. They may not be
located in the driver compartment or forward of the radiator core
support.
3. Body: The body must be the OEM truck body, including the full bed
floor. The body must retain full sheet metal. Metal after-market
hoods are permitted. Fiberglass is prohibited. The hood must be
closed and securely latched while the vehicle is hooked to the sled.
The complete OEM firewall and complete OEM floor pan is
mandatory.
4. Brakes: Working minimum of front hydraulic brakes required.
5. Chassis: The OEM chassis is mandatory. The engine must be in the
OEM location for the body used. The vehicle must retain the full OEM

10.Driveshaft Loops: All trucks must have at least six inch u-joint shields
around the rear u-joint constructed of at least 1/4 inch steel or 3/8
inch aluminum that will safely contain the u-joint and the end of the
rear shaft. All the shields must be securely mounted to the vehicle.
Any front shaft u-joint that is visible from the side of the truck must
be shielded to contain the u-joint and the end of the shaft.
11.Engine: The engine block must have been available as a factory
option on a one-ton or smaller pickup truck. Blocks must circulate
coolant freely. The use of concrete or other block fillers is prohibited.
Electric fans are permitted. Alternators must be present and
powered via the crankshaft. Water pumps must be present, but may
be powered electrically. NITROUS OXIDE and other oxygen extenders
as well as the use of PROPANE is also prohibited. All system
components MUST be removed from the truck. No RPM limit,
aftermarket intake manifolds allowed.
12.Exhaust: All vehicles must be equipped to direct exhaust upward.
Two 3/8 inch diameter bolts must be installed through the exhaust
pipe in a cross pattern within one inch of each other as close to the
turbo as is practical.
13.Fire Extinguisher System: A fire extinguisher system is permitted. It
must be securely mounted.
14.Fuel: The fuel must be pump #1/#2 diesel only. Soy/Biodiesel fuel is
permitted. Off-road diesel fuel is prohibited.
15.Fuel Injection Pump: The fuel injection pump is limited to a stockappearing, OEM engine make-specific pump only. Dual high-pressure
common-rail fuel pumps or HPOPS are permitted. The P7100
injection pump, if equipped, may utilize either a stock or agricultural
governor.
16.Harmonic Balancer: All engines turning 4500 RPM and higher must
be equipped with a harmonic balancer or damper meeting SFI Spec
18.1.
17.Hitch: The hitch must be a receiver-style hitch; reinforcements are
permitted. Reinforcements must not extend forward of the
centerline of the rear axle. Trick hitches are prohibited. The hooking
point must be the rear-most pint on the vehicle and must be
rearward of the stock location of the tailgate. The hitch must be
horizontal to the ground and stationary in all directions. Bumpers
may be notched or removed. The hitch's height from the ground may
not exceed 26 inches on 4wd units. The hooking point must
have minimum 3.750 inch inside diameter opening for the sled hook.
No clevis allowed.
18.Master Cutoff: All trucks must be equipped with a master cutoff. A
sled and driver-operated spring-loaded emergency air shutoff is
mandatory. The cable must terminate into a two inch diameter steel
ring.
19.Rear End: Non-OEM rear-end housings are prohibited. The rear end
must have been an option on a one-ton or smaller pick up. Rear axle
bolts must be covered by a cap or shield.
20.Steering: Additional stabilizers are permitted to OEM steering
system. Hydraulic steering is permitted.
21.Suspension, Front: The factory suspension configuration must be
retained. The upper mounting pint for strut assemblies must be in
the factory location. Adjustable caster/camber pillow ball mounts are
permitted. The lower control arm may be strengthened provided
factory-mounting points to chassis are maintained. The lower
mounting point for the strut assembly may be modified for improved
caster or camber. Strut tower braces, lower tie bars, sway bars, and
limit straps are permitted. Traction bars and devices are permitted.
The final decision rests with the NADM Technical Department.
22.Suspension, Rear: An OEM-style suspension is mandatory. Traction
bars and devices are permitted; they must be bolt on only; welds are
permitted for attachment to frame or axle housing. Control arms
may be strengthened or replaced, provided all original mounting
points are retained. Strut tower braces, lower tie bars, sway bars,
limit straps, and camber kits are permitted. The rear suspension may
be bolted solid to eliminate travel.
23.Tires: The tires must be DOT street tires. Cut tires are prohibited.
24.Transfer Case: Non-OEM transfer cases are prohibited. It must have
been an option on a one ton or smaller pickup
25.Transmission, Automatic: Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited. All
vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more and using an
automatic transmission must be equipped with a transmission shield
meeting SFI Spec 4.1 and must be labeled accordingly. A blankettype shield is permitted; it must be appropriately labeled as meeting
SFI Spec 4.1 and it must extend from the rear block to the front of
tail housing with a minimum six inch overlap where it is fastened. All
non-blanket-type shields must incorporate two (or one, per
manufacturers instructions) 3/4 inch by 1/8 inch straps that bolt to
the shield on each side and pass under the transmission pan unless
the transmission pan is labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4.1. All vehicles
with engines running 4500 RPM or more and using an automatic
transmission must be equipped with a flex plate meeting SFI Spec
29.1 and be covered by a flex plate meeting SFI Spec 30.1.
26.Transmission, Manual: Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited. A
clutch meeting minimum SFI Spec 1.1 or 1.2 is mandatory on all
vehicles with engines running 45oo RPM or more. All manual
transmissions must be clutch assisted. Sequential shifters are
prohibited. All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more and
equipped with a manual transmission must have a flywheel shield
labeled as meeting a SFI Spec 6.3 or greater. Applications for which
and SFI Spec flywheel shield is not available may use a properly
attached SFI 4.1 or 4.2 blanket that completely covers the bell
housing; it must be attached to the block and extend rearward to the
transmission with a minimum six inch overlap where it is fastened
27.Turbocharger: The vehicle is limited to a single turbocharger; the
inducer bore on the compressor housing may be no larger than 2.8
inches measured at the smallest diameter area of the compressor
wheel. A bushing may be used to downsize the compressor housing
ahead of the wheel. If a bushing is used. it must be round metallic, at
least 3/4 inch long, mounted within 0.050 inch of the compressor
wheel, and the inside diameter of the bushing may not exceed the
2.8 inch limit. Bushings must be securely fastened to the compressor
housing. The inlet will be measured using a 2.85 inch plug or internal
calipers. A stock map width enhancement (MWE) groove is allowed.
No MWE groove will be allowed that has a width greater than 1/4
inch. All provisions allowing air to the wheel other than via the bore
and the MWE groove are prohibited
28.Water Injection: Water injection is prohibited. All system
components must be removed from the truck
29.Wheelbase: The vehicle must retain the original unaltered factory
wheelbase and track width. Front dual-wheel spacers may be used
only with accompanying positive-offset dually style wheels.
Any truck not meeting the rules will be placed in the Exhibition class as
long as all safety rules are met. The Exhibition class has no pay out.
