Precautions
Thank you for using our headrest car DVD player. Please read the user manual carefully before
the operations, and keep it for future reference.
Warnings:
- For your safety, do not operate the player and watch videos during driving.
- Without the permission of authorized organization, any changes and rebuilding to the player
might are not allowed
- There is high voltage power supply inside the player. Unprofessional personnel shall not
Dismantle and repair it. If any problems, please turn to professional personnel or the authorized
maintenance center.
- The TFT LCD screen is fragile. Be careful during delivery and installation.
- Do not clean the screen with corrosive chemical detergent. Soft cloth is recommended.
- The operating voltage is DV 12V +/-2V. Lower and higher voltlge could be damaged the player.
- The player is equipped with radium emitting system which is harmful to eyes. Do remember to
operate it in the right procedures. Unprofessional personels are not permitted to open the
enclosure for safety.
- Before operating the device, do check the voltage of your car. It should be consistent with the
working voltage of the player.
- Do grasp the power plug firmly when connecting or disconnecting it to the power supply. Do not
pull the power line by force.
- During usage, there might be few bright dots on the screen occasionally. It is a very normal

Precautions for disc:
- To keep the disc clean, please take the edge of it and do no touch the surface.
- Do no adhere any paste or tape on the disc
- Keep the disc away from direct sunshine or heat source
- Please place the disc in the disc box after being used.
- Before using the disc, please clean it with soft cloth from the center to edge if there are dusts on it.
- Do not use oil and thinner to clean the discs.
Video disc type

Notice before operation
Placement:
- Please operate the product under proper temperature. The storage temperature should be
from -30 C. degrees to 75 C. degrees, and the working temperature should be between -10 C.
degrees and 55 C. Degrees.
- Keep the laser head clean. If necessary, use the laser head cleaning disc to clean it.
- No damp, crash and pressure to the player.

Basic operations
- Pass the power cable and audio cable through the chair steel pipes
- Connect to the power source, the sound and video system on the car
- Fix the headrest car DVD player and adjust the height according the personnel's request on the
front chair
POWER ON/OFF:

Notices:
- Be careful when slot in the disc. Wrong operation might be damage the loader and disc.
Battery installation for remote control
1. Take out the battery cover at the back of the remote control.
- Please make sure the label side of the disc face the user when loading it.
- Don't load broken disc.
2. Take out the used-up battery and load the new battery with anode upwards.
3. Place the battery loader back to its original Position.
4. Don't expose the batteries to extreme heat.
Notices:
For avoiding the battery leakage, please take out the battery if don't use the remote
control for a long time. If leakage happens, wipe away and clean the loader carefully, then
load a new battery.

READING USB MEMORIES AND SD CARDS:
PROGRAM
Before grograming, please make sure there is a disc inside.
1)Firstly, press the PROGRAM key during the disc playback or audio track list interface
2)Then, choose the favorite music tracks or video chapters in the discs
3)Third, input the track numbers or time interval of videos.
4)Fourth, press “PLAY”
Notices:
1) This function is not available for MP3 disks
2) During the programmed tracks playback, the number keys are not available for
tracks/chapter selection. Only PREVIOUS and NEXT keys can be used.
3) If want to stop the programmed playback, press PROGRAM again and select CLEAR
to cancel it.
REPEAT
Consecutively press REPEAT key to repeatedly play title/chapter/all DVD/VCD disc or
track/album CD disc.
Notices:
For DVD/VCD discs, REPEAT function is only available during disc playing
1) USB MEMORY: Under any status, the external USB memories (including MP3 players, Mp4
players, Hard Disks, USB flashes, etc.) can be connected to the player directly or through an
USB cable. Then press the power key to switch on, or press SD/USB key to select USB, the
player shall detect the signal source (including audio, video and images) and play the audio/
video/images which the player are compatible with.
2) SD CARD: Under any status, insert SD card into the card slot, and then press the power key to
switch on, or press SD/USB key to select CARD, the player shall detect the signal source
(including audio, video and images) and play the audio/video/images which the player are
compatible with.
3) The MP3/WMA/MP4/JPEG files could be downloaded from the internet through PC and saved
in USB memories and SD cards.
4) Users can download games from the website www.native32.com into USB memories and
SD Cards.
Cautions:
- Do not pull out USB memories and SD cards from the player when it powers on. It is to protect
memories, cards and the player.
Under DVD disc playback status:
1) Press DISP key for the first time, the information bar will be displayed on the top of
the screen:

From left to right: current language, language number supported, channel type,
subtitle language, angle type.

3) Under tracks playing of VCD/CD/MP3 disc, there are below information:

During the playback, press RETURN key to stop the playback and the image will be
turned to disc menu, or go back to upper menu.

Press MUTE key, the player has not sound output; further press it, resume sound output.
Press ZOOM key to zoom in and zoom out the screen image (applicable for video
playback and photo browsing).
The zoom modes shall be recycled as per the following order:
In normal playing state, press the key for pause. Press it again for resuming playback.
1) Press fast backward key, the image shall be playback backward quickly. During the
fast backward, there is no sound outputted. Consecutive presses fo different backward
speeds: 2x, 4x, 8x, 20x
2) Press fast forward key, the image shall be playback forward quickly. During the
fast backward, there is no sound outputted. Consecutive presses fo different forward
Speeds: 2x, 4x, 8x, 20x

TITLE
Open and close the subtitle. Select the subtitle on DVD disc and it shall be displayed
on the bottom of screen, which is related to the format of disc.
Subtitle is available only in the condiiton of the disc having subtitle function. The
subtitle function is achieved by the SUBTITLE key on the remote control. Press the
key consecutively to select different languages.
Press TITLE key to stop playing and return to the title menu of disc. Press direction
key to select desired title and press ENTER key to confirm and enter chapter menu.
Notice:
If there is only one title in the whole disc, the TITLE key shall not work.

Press VOL+ and VOL- to adjust the volume.
Press SETUP key and a new window pops up for below disc settings:
TV SYSTEM, AUTO PLAY, PASSWORD, RATING, DEFAULT, OSD LANGUAGE,
AUDIO LANGUAGE, SUBTITLE LANGUAGE, MENU LANGUAGE
Further press SETUP to exit:

A) TV SYSTEM: NTSC/PAL/AUTO. Select the right standard

D) RATING: This is the ratings to the disc:
KID SAFE, G, PG, PG13, PG-R, R, NC-17, ADULT.
E) DEFAULT: Resume all settings to the originals.
F) OSD LANGUAGE: Set up the OSD languages. This requires that the disc
has OSD languages to be selected.
G) AUDIO LANGUAGE: Set up audio output language. This requires that the disc
has audio languages to be selected.
H) SUBTITLE LANGUANGE: Set up subtitle language. This requires that the disc
has subtitle languages to be selected.
I) MENU LANGUAGE: Set up menu language. This requires that the disc
has menu languages to be selected.
Notice:
OSD LANGUAGE is for the player, not for disc.
For the detailed setup procedures, please refer to “Disc setup procedures”

Press the keys to select desired items to play.
Press any number key to select the track or chapter to play and set up the playing time.
The player features number key direct-selecting function, for example, if you want to
play “386“ track, firstly press number “3“, then press number “8“ and finally press
number “6“, The player shall pay the “386“ track directly.
Notice:
Number key direct-selecting function is available for MP3, MP4 and DVD discs only.
Press USB/SD key to enter the interface of DISC/CARD/USB. Press direction keys to
select the desired media and press ENTER to confirm.

DVD/AV
Press TFT/MENU key to enter the interface for below screen settings.
Brightness, Contrast, Hue, 16:9/4:3, Language, Audio control, IR, FM, Mode, Reset, Exit
Follow below steps to make the settings:
1) Press TFT/MENU to select the items consecutively
2) Press left and right direction keys to select and change the
values or items.
3 ) Press TFT/MENU again to confirm the change.
A) BRIGHTNESS: adjust the brightness ratio of the screen
B) CONTRAST: adjust the contrast ratio of the screen
C) HUE: adjust the hue ratio of the screen
D) 16:9/4:3: screen ratio switch between 16:9 and 4:3
E) LANGUAGE: nine languages for options: English, Duetsch, French,
Italian, Spanish, Portugal, Russian, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese
F ) AUDIO CONTROL: IR/SPK means audio output to IR earphones and player's
speakers; IR/SPK/FM means audio output to IR earphones, player's speakers
and FM radio in the car. FM means audio output to FM radio in the car only.
G) IR: infrared frequency settings. Two options: IR-A, IR-B
H) FM: wireless radio frequency settings
I) MODE: two options of Normal and Reverse. When select Reverse, the screen
Image shall be turned 180 degrees according to Normal.
J ) RESET: resume all changed items into the original settings.
k) EXIT: exit TFT/MENU
Notice:
Users also can touch the button M to start TFT/MENU settings.

Description for playing MP3/MP4/WMA/JPEG discs
After loading MP3/MP4/WMA/JPEG disc, the player shall search the directories automatically.
After research, it will enter the directory of MP3 (or these discs of mixed file placement). If the disc
only has one file, it will enter the first directory and play the first track automatically (the cursor is
stopped on the position of “01:”.

Notice:
In nowadays market, some discs market with MPEG-4 is not real and may be other formats
(such as *. rm, *.ra, *.ram, *.rnvb, *.wmv, *.ast), which are not compatible with the international
standard MPEG-4. They need special software to play and cannot be played on this player.
Be careful before purchasing discs.
Description of playing MP4 discs
The operation of playing MP4 discs is same as that of MP3 discs. MP4 discs has video image.
Auto play is default setup for this player. Press STOP/RETURN key to return to the menu,
it will help users to operate.
Operations for game functions
The player features superior intelligent game function. It can bring you wonderful game playing
Enjoyment.
Electronic album:
The headrest car DVD player has strong electronic album function. Users may record photos to
video discs or external memorizers, and browse them on the player. Further, users also can
zoom in and zoom out the photos and turn them upward, downward, leftward and rightward.
Playing JPEG file discs
1) Load JPEG disc. The player will detect the disc automatically and display the first photo of
the first directory after search.
2) User up/down keys to select desired picture file and press PLAY/PAUSE key to play
3) In playing, users can press direction key to swivel the photos for enjoyable viewing angle.
Playing MP3 and JPEG file discs
In playing MP3 and JPEG discs, users can browse the photos during MP3 playback through
below operations:
1) Press direction key to move the cursor on the photo to be browsed, then press ENTER key
to enter JPEG photo browsing mode
2) Further press direction key to enter the photo play menu. Select one photo in the directory
menu and press PLAY key to play the photos in order.
3) Press LEFT/RIGHT keys to switch the status between MP3 playback and photo browsing.
Notices:
1) Mp3 disc without image has audio output only.
2) Some JPEG photos cannot be zoomed for the inconsistent format.
MPEG-4 decoding technology
MPEG-4 is a widely-applied video image saving and transmitting standard. The DVD is designed
with MPEG-4 file playing function skillfully, users can enjoy rich audio/videoresource on the
internet. It breaks the limit of watching film on computers only. Users may use PCs to download,
record or transcribe and product MPEG-4 discs for better picture and sound quality.
MPEG-4 is the fourth version of audio and video standard by Moving Pictures Experts Group.
MPEG-1 is video image compression standard of VCD; MPEG-2 is video image compression
standard of DVD or super V; MPEG-4 is one of nextwork video image compression standards.
The audio and video file built with MPEG-4 technology features high compression rate and clear
image. Generally, hundreds of songs or many files might be stored in one disc with better image
quality than VCD or SVCD.

Description of built-in game operation
Under the status of no disc inside or stop playing, press
1) SETUP on remote control, or press SELECT on the Game
Controller to enter the menu.
2 ) User direction key to select EMBEDDED GAME or
NATIVE GAME, and press ENTER on remote control, or
START on the game controller to enter the game.

Description of playing the GAME DISC operation
1) Press EJECT key and load the game disc, the main menu of game shall be displayed in seconds
2) Press direction key on the remote control or game controller to select the games. Then press
ENTER on remote control or START on game controller to play the game.
Description of wireless game controller
1) Press SELECT to enter the menu of built-in games.
2) Press direction key to select desired games, then press START to enter the game.
3) Enter the game, press the direction key to select up/down/left/right-ward, A and B key to
operate the functions.
4 ) Press STOP/RETURN key on remote control, or press RESET key on the game controller
to exit the game. If enter EMBEDDED game, press STOP/RETURN key, or press RESET key
can Return to the main menu. Then use direction key to select EXIT and press ENTER on
remote control or START on game controller to exit the game.
Notice:
1) Can not enter the built-in games during disc reading
2) For different games, the functIon keys might be different. Users could get the skills by trying
several times
3) Users can download games from the website www.native32.com in to USB/card memories.
