OMEGA
General:
The OMEGA is a powerful computerized system, designed
to monitor and analyze the electromagnetic environment.
It can be used for a continuous automatic monitoring in
premises to detect new signals (threats).
High resolution and sensitivity combined with high
scanning speed, allow to detect any suspicious source of
electromagnetic radiation in the frequency range from 10
kHz to 18 GHz. Scanning speed can be up to 100 MHz/sec
with 2 kHz resolution.
Original algorithm of spatial localization of suspicious
sources of radiation, based on remote antennas, enables
to detect signals from micro transmitters regardless of
their modulation and coding.
Digital vector analyzer, being an integral part of the
system, is very useful to identify eavesdropping devices. It
records transient, spectral and modulation characteristics
of signals, including impulse and single ones, which are
used in spread spectrum frequency hoppers and systems with time division channeling.
The OMEGA software allows to accomplish all the principal tasks of radio monitoring, such as: to
monitor the preset bands or single frequencies, to detect suspicious signals, to measure their
parameters, as well as to classify the detected signals according to various criteria and to store them.
Main changes in the software aim to upgrade the algorithm of fixing the location of the radiotransmitters, and for the user's convenience. This modernization improved its operating reliability and
stability on a 24 hours basis.
The OMEGA can be used to set up a stationary or mobile radio monitoring post.
It is assembled in a durable waterproof case, specially designed for transportation of electronic
devices.

General:
The ST 032 Multifunctional Detection Instrument is
used to detect and locate various appliances used
for furtive acquisition of information (hereinafter
called ‘Special Technical Means’, or ‘STM’), to
reveal natural and artificial channels of information
leakage, and to monitor the level of information
security.
The instrument consists of the Main Control and
Indication Unit, and a set of Transducers, and is

General:
Is designed to efficiently search and locate all types of RF
bugs, including digital transmitters, as well as transmitters
with spectrum inversion.
Operation principle is based on monitoring premises to
detect new connections. When in this mode, PROTECT
1203 is tuned to the sensitivity level applied to this
environment. Then you just move to the center of the
square or area, which, as it seems to you, is subject to
risk. By repeat tuning the sensitivity level, you can tune to
a transmitting device at the distance of 2 m. from its
location. By decreasing antenna, you can disable facilities
illegally connected. PROTECT ’s 1203 vibrator will let only
you know about the presence of eavesdropping facility. If
this function is activated, PROTECT 1203 starts vibrating
without noise, that means that there is an eavesdropping
facility. If there are no bugs at the current moment,
PROTECT 1203 monitors possible connection in further.

PORTABLE SEARCH INSTRUMENT
D-008
General:
The D 008, broadband detector of electromagnetic fields
is intended for detection and localization of special radioemitting technical means (STM) used for secret
acquisition of information.
These means primarily include the following:
• radio microphones;
• telephone retransmitters;
• radio stethoscopes;
• concealed video cameras equipped with a radio
channel for transmission of information;
• radio-range beacons of the systems used for moving
objects monitoring (e.g. people, transportation means,
goods etc.);
• unauthorized operating cordless phones and radio
stations;

D 008 employs two channels of detection:
• field detector, meant for the detection of radio-transmitting data acquisition means (RTDAM);
• conductive line analyser, meant for the detection of 'bugs' using conductive lines for data
transmission (110/220V AC power lines, phone lines, alarm lines etc.)
While in the field detector mode, at the core of its function is the broadband electric field detection,
which allows to discover RTDAM regardless of their modulation type. Effective range of detection
depends on the radiated power, frequency of the emitter (STM), electromagnetic background in the
inspected area; and is about 1m at the emitted power of 5 mW.
The attenuator facilitates operation in a problem electromagnetic situation typical for a large industrial
centre. It is also helpful in locating powerful radio-transmitting data acquisition means (RTDAM).
The active HF antenna is used for the tracking of RTDAM operating in the UHF range. The conductive
line analyser consists of an external line adapter used to connect to lines with voltage above 500V,
and a superheterodyne receiver with an AM/FM demodulator.
Sound output is available via headphones or speaker.
For a prompt and reliable connection of the line adapter to various types of conductive lines, a set of
extensions is supplied.
The acoustic feedback mode allows to eliminate the danger of false alarms by D 008, as well as
identify RTDAM by their typical acoustic signal. A 10-segment light-emitting diode scale, together with
an optional tonal sound signal, make the device comprehensible and convenient to operate.

on any telephone bug’s action during the talk. Several

device allow to prevent pick-up and transfer of data over

and to control steady component of voltage in the

General:
It is used for prevention of an opportunity of listening of
conversations by a mobile phone both ft a level of
operators of cellular communication, and by means of
complexes of GSM interception. The device can work in
cellular networks of the GSM standard, in which function
of data transmission (Mobile office) is supported and
works with the mobile phone as the external device.
Initial speech is exposed to the analog - digital
transformation representing high – speed 64 kbit a
digital stream is compressed till the speed 2,4 kbit/s,
and then processed by special algorithm and in such
condition it is transferred by the modem of a mobile
phone under the GSM data link.
The device “Referent GSM” is intended for work with
mobile phones such as Ericsson and SonyEricsson and
supplied by a corresponding target socket for a joint with a modem input of phone.
"Referent-GSM" is combined with the following models of phones:
• Ericsson T28, T39, T61g, T68, R520;
• Sony-Ericsson T68i, T200, T226, T238, T300, T310, T316, T610, T616, T618, Z600, Z1010.
Such models as T66, T600, A3618, T100 can’t work with Referent-GSM because of the absence
internal communications of the socket with the modem of phone.
Other models of this class, which have corresponding socket and connection with the modem of phone
were not tested.

General:
The ST 007 EMF (electromagnetic field) Detector is designed to
detect and locate the sources of electromagnetic radiation from
devices intended for the unauthorized obtaining of information

main modes:

• Monitoring;
• Log view.
Search Mode
This mode is intended for detecting sources of electromagnetic radiation.
When in Search mode, the ST 007 receives radio signals in the range of 50 to 2,500 MHz, detects
them, and outputs them to the built-in display and as an audio signal to the earphones and the builtin speaker. The level of the signal in comparison to the threshold level is indicated on two 32-segment
level meters on the display.
The difference between the two meters is as follows: the top meter indicates the average amplitude of
the detected signal; the bottom meter shows the signal’s peak values. AM and FM signals will prevail
in the top meter; signals resembling pulse types (such as DECT or GSM) will be displayed on the
bottom meter. When the ST 007 detects mixed signals on its input (TV signal, for example), it will
display them on both bars.
The ST 007 can measure current frequency values of the radio signal and determine its most stable
value (for signals with a constant carrier frequency).
The ST 007 also displays the detection of GSM, DECT, Bluetooth, and 802.11 (WLAN, WiFi) signals.
In order to attenuate the interference of powerful radio transmitters of up to 300 MHz (TV
transmitters from Channel 1 to Channel 10, FM radio stations), a low-pass filter is used.
If you connect a scanning receiver with a special communications port to the ST 007, its reception
frequency can be set to match that of the reception signal of the ST 007.
Monitoring Mode
The Monitoring mode is intended for detecting sources of electromagnetic radiation and storing data in
NVRAM. The maximum number of events that can be stored in NVRAM is 4,096. The events can be
viewed when the detector is in the Log View mode. The Monitoring mode has an extended range of
alarm signals, which can be triggered if the signal passes a certain level or frequency threshold, or if a
certain type of signal is detected (GSM, DECT, Bluetooth, 802.11).
It is possible for the user to schedule the ST 007 to turn on and off.

User controlled operation
The ST 007 is placed so that it is visible to the user. This is useful for detecting devices for the
unauthorized obtaining of information among the visitors of an office, for example.
Autonomous operation
The ST 007 is placed in an area where the use of eavesdropping devices is suspected, and the
electromagnetic environment will be monitored during a pre-programmed period without user
interference.
Protocol View mode
The Protocol View mode is intended for viewing the log of events stored in the ST 007’s NVRAM during
Monitoring.
Events can be sorted by:

General:
The Model KASKAD-4 is a modular Electronic
Countermeasure (ECM) System designed for the
defensive jamming of Radio Controlled Improvised
Explosive Ddevices (RCIEDs). The KASKAD-4 uses
sophisticated RF technology to transmit Fast Randomly

Swept Continuous Wave (CW) signals that interfer with the operation of the radio-controlled links used
to detonate the bombs. This multi-band jammer is comprised of seven (7) modules that jam all known
RCIED threats in the frequency range of 20 MHz to 2500 MHz. Specific threasts include VHF and UHF
Radios, Long-Range Cordless Phones, Cellular Phones, Satellite Phones, Remote Control Devices such
as RC Models and Wireless Actuators, Pagers and Walkie-Talkies. The KASKAD-4 provides contiguous

PM1203M
General:
The PM1203M is a multipurpose dosimeter designed for
measurement of ambient dose equivalent H*(10) and ambient dose
equivalent rate of gamma radiation H*(10).
The PM1203M continuously operates in an automatic mode of dose
and dose rate measurement from the moment of inserting the
batteries.
Period of the device operation from one set of batteries at normal
conditions is at least 1 year. Presetting of the alarm thresholds of
dose rate and dose by the user is provided for in the dosimeter. In
case any of these preset thresholds are exceeded this information is indicated in the LCD and audible
alarm signals are coming. The dosimeter also automatically counts time of dose accumulation. Energy
range of the device operation of 60 keV - 1.5 MeV, dose rate measurement, starting with the
background values (0.1 mSv/h) make it possible to control using the dosimeter the radiation
environment and radiation dose of the user not only at various operations with sources of ionizing
radiation but also even in conditions of slight natural background fluctuations. The dosimeter has the
shockproof plastic case, light weight and small dimensions. Rotary clip of a special design makes it
possible to fix the dosimeter in the pocket or to place it on the table.
The PM1203M is a modification of the well-known the PM1203 dosimeter. Having all advantageous
capabilities, specifications, weight and dimensions of the PM1203, the PM1203M excels its predecessor
in a number of parameters:

PM1401M
General:
The PM1401 is a unique highly sensitive alarming ratemeter designed for exploitation in the field
environment to detect and locate gamma-radiation sources and to measure gamma-radiation dose
equivalent rate. It features an increased sensitivity to weapons materials.
The unit meets the drop test (0.7 m, concrete surface) and sea fog test and has a low power
consumption (period of a continuous operation from one set of batteries is 1000 hours).
A special algorithm implemented in the device allows to search and locate even weak sources in the
fields of radioactive radiation, created by more intense
sources.
When the unit is turned on, it goes through a series of
diagnostic self-tests. Then the device measures
background radiation, calculates the alarm level
(depending on the background value and preset
coefficient) and enters into the search mode.
When the radiation from the source exceeds the threshold,
audible or vibration alarming device will trigger. The
frequency of signals increases with approaching the
radioactive source.
The PM1401 is one of the two devices in the world, which
has been successfully tested under the ITRAP program in

PM1401K IDENTIFIER
General:
PM1401K Multipurpose Radiation Monitor with Identification
Capabilities is the first pocket monitor in the world to fulfill each
radiation control procedure. In addition to being able to detect
radioactive and nuclear materials, measure the radiation and surface
contamination levels and search for and locate the radiation sources,
the PM1401K Multipurpose Radiation Monitor can also identify the
radiation source.
The PM1401K performs the following functions, it:
• Detects, searches for, locates and identifies alpha, beta, gamma
and neutron radiation sources
• Measures alpha and beta surface contamination
• Measures the photon dose rate
• Alerts the user to the presence of a radiation source through both audible and vibrating alarms
• Records and stores up to 500 event and 100 gamma-spectra in its non-volatile memory
• Transmits all recorded data via infrared or radio (Bluetooth) channels to a PC or an iPAQ Pocket PC
The PM1401K is particularly effective as its user can be at a safe distance from possible radiation
sources while the instrument is operating. The instrument records the spectra and other information
that is transmitted instantaneously from the instrument to an iPAQ Pocket PC by a Bluetooth or
infrared channel. In that way, the instrument's operator is protected from radiation exposure.
Additionally, the PM1401K is particular effective as it can identify detected radiation sources equally as
well in the field as in a laboratory environment.
A special software package called the "Smart 2003" is included with each instrument for spectra
interpretation and source type identification. Both automatic and expert modes are available.
Together, the instrument's small, hermetic and shockproof case and the fluorescent backlight on the
instrument's LCD screen allow for easy operation even in the harshest, most unfavorable
environments or weather conditions.
PM1401K can also be equipped with various functional accessories, including:
• External Vibration-Alarming Device that allows the instruments user to be notified discreetly of
potential radiation sources without drawing the attention of observers
• Telescopic Extendable Tube, which allows the instrument to take measurements in otherwise
difficult-to-access areas and ensures a high degree of radiation protection for the user
• External Neutron Moderator to increase the neutron sensitivity by a factor 10.

General:
PM1603A and PM1603B Wrist Gamma Dosimeters are miniature, energycompensated dosimeters designed to monitor the gamma radiation
environment as well as monitor the gamma radiation dose and dose rate.
The instruments' ability to compensate for varying energies allows these
wrist gamma dosimeters to accurately measure the dose and dose rate of
gamma radiation in a wide energy range.
Recommended to protect professionals who work with or around radioactive
materials from accidental exposure, the PM1603A and PM1603B perform
the following functions, they:
• Monitor and measure the gamma dose and dose rate across a wide
energy range: from the natural background level up to 5-10 Sv/h (5001000 R/h).
• Alert the user through an audible alarm when the programmed dose and/or dose rate thresholds are
exceeded.
• Record and store data for up to 1000 events in their non-volatile memory.
• Transmit all recorded data via an infrared channel to a PC for further processing and analysis.
To protect users from overexposure, the dosimeters have two alarm thresholds. If the preset dose and
dose rate thresholds are exceeded, the dosimeter immediately alerts the user to the danger of

General:
In modern conditions only use electromagnetic
metalicdetector for examination of the person and x-ray
systems for examination of luggage any more does not
provide a required level of safety and the control. First of
all it concerns a safety at the airports and the customs
control on border when for fulfilment of acts of terrorism
the cold nonmetallic weapon is used, a plastic explosive, is
carried out illegal перевоз drugs in the swallowed capsules.
Besides the problemof increase of a level of safety is
important: on border with the states in which there are
confrontations, on protected objects, for the VIPs, on
mines and the enterprises connected with extraction and
processing of diamonds, jewels and metals, rare-earth
elements. The main problem is that instruments of
terrorism and the subjects forbidden to transportation, can
be from nonmetallic materials and to be hidden not only
under clothes, but also in natural cavities of a body. For
today essentially new means of the control become the
digital scanning systems of the person based on use of xray radiation.
Technology scanning digital roentgenography for
good safety:
The Unique technology of reception of the digital projective x-ray image of the person in full growth by
a method of " scanning by a flat bunch(beam) " is based: on use as the receiver of x-ray radiation of a
superhigh-sensitivity linear matrix semi-conductor scintillation the detectors located vertically; on
formation extremely narrow (less than 2 mm) monochromatic a x-rays with the help of system
collimators and filters with the purpose of the minimal irradiation of the controllable person; on
moving of the person on the special moving platform located between collimator and the detector
through a x-rays, with the purpose of scanning and personal inspection; on detecting of past radiation
through the person with the help of the linear detector and formation of a two-dimensional matrix of
the digital image on the monitor of the operator; on optimization of the doze ratio of an irradiation
and resolution depending on specificity of a decided problem. The digital x-ray scanner working on this
technology allows to receive the projective image of the controllable person and actually enables " to
glance inside " the person c the purpose of personal inspection. Thus there is no obvious problem of
the ethical plan, characteristic for scanning x-ray systems on the basis of the reflected radiation which
as though " undress the person ". Besides it is not required two scannings - in front, behind and
sideways in a number of the cases for examination of the person.
The radiographic scanner is intended for detection of dangerous subjects:
• from the inorganic materials hidden under clothes fire and a cold steel, detonators, electronic
devices etc.;
• from organic materials (materials, not detecting the detector of metals), hidden under clothes - a
plastic explosive, drugs in containers, fire and a cold steel from ceramics etc.;

• from materials of any types swallowed or hidden in natural cavities of the person - drugs, explosive,
chemical and biological substances in containers, jewels and metals.
The basic scopes:
At the airports, at railway and bus stations for good safety mass passenger transportations; on
protected objects with the purpose of the entrance / target control; in prisons, as alternative to
personal inspection (strip searching).
Additional scopes:
On border with the purpose of customs inspection for detection of smuggling; on mines and factories
on extraction of diamonds with the purpose of prevention of plunders; in shops on operational
development and processing of diamonds, jewels and metals, concentrates rare-earth elements with
the purpose of prevention of plunders; a safety the VIPs.
Safety:
The doze of irradiation of the person at one scanning: in a mode the ultralow doze does not exceed
0,1 items; in a mode the high sanction does not exceed 3-5 items. In radiating safety the system
corresponds the American national standard ANSI/HPS N43.17-2002 " Radiation Safety For Personnel
Security Screening Systems Using X-rays ".
Safety the scanned person:
For the comparison, the typical doze of an irradiation caused by space radiation, the person making
flight one way from Malaga to London, makes 10 items, of New York to London - 35 items and from
Hong Kong to London - 50 items. The typical background doze of an irradiation received by the
average representative of the countries of the European Union per day, makes 6-7 items. Thus, the
irradiation to which the person on scanning x-ray system is exposed, is unsignificant on a background
of natural radiating radiation. The presence(finding) on the sun or any flight by the plane brings the
greater contribution to the general(common) irradiation of the person in tens times. According to
recommendations of the American national council of radiating protection (NCRP 1993) And to the
international norms of safety for the general(common) contingent of the population (pregnant women
and children among them) we admit the level of an irradiation in 1000 items per one year from all
sources ionizing radiations of not medical purpose. If to assume as a basis value in four times smaller
- 0,25 item on the given system even pregnant women and children without harm for health can be
exposed up to 2500 scannings per one year, that, obviously, it is unreal from a reason of common
sense. At use of the scanner on protected objects with carrying (on special cards) system of access
(for example, on diamond mines and factories), it is not difficult to organize the control of the
personal saved up doze. In this case, even at work of system in a mode of the high sanction, the
general number of inspections on system can make from above 300 once a year and examination
within one year can be organized so that not admit the excess of the saved up doze. Objectively, it is
quite enough for good safety in view of presence of the rigid control and the limited number of
visitings of any protected object.
Safety for the operator:
The System can cope, as one, and several operators. In case the operator is within the limits of a
working zone on distance less than 1,5 m from the scanner his(its) protection on a workplace is
provided with the help of a special protective screen from a lead glass that allows to observe of the
controllable person. The doze received by the operator outside a working zone, does not exceed a
typical background doze of an irradiation, and additional protection against x-ray radiation is not
required.
Safety for associates:
Outside a working zone on distance more than 1,5 m from the scanner the level of x-ray radiation
does not exceed background value and consequently does not represent any danger to associates. It
allows to place scanning system on the compact area in places of a mass congestion of people, for
example, at the airports near to customs system of luggage.

PATROL
General:
The product is designed to create on its basis
software & hardware RF monitoring systems with
the capability to post-process the monitoring
results.
The system may include hardware, which perform
RF monitoring, and the PATROL as data processing
and controlling software. The consumer oriented
system allows to use a wide range of equipment
starting from the simplest scan receivers up to
measurement devices by leading worldwide
manufacturers. Hardware control, collection,
storage, processing, data presenting, control of all
operation modes of the system is effected by the
PATROL package.
The package makes it possible to control 2 RF
receiving units simultaneously. A scan receiver by
ICOM and AOR Co. Ltd or spectrum analyzer by
Hewlett Packard 859х series, ESA-E and ESA-L can
be used as the main unit. Any of the above
mentioned scan receivers can be applied as the second unit designed for listening and recording audio
data.
The main operation principle of the software package “plug & play” means minimum time for setting
tasks and processing results. The most part of operation is made by PC.
So, reliable and trustworthy data can be gained even by a non-highly-qualified operator.
For successful operation of the software package you need to have IBM-combined PC (P-166 and
more), Windows 95/98, video-card with the resolution not less than 800 x 600, GP-IB port (to work
with spectrum analyzers with the use of IEEE-488 protocol, free serial port (to work with receivers or
spectrum analyzers with the use of RS-232 port), sound-card and acoustic speakers.
PATROL has a flexible, informative interface displaying the system operation process, signal
characteristics, intermediate results of their analysis. Now in the same environment there are RF
monitoring results database, interacting with frequency assignment data base, post-processing, vector
maps, report documentations.
That allows to use the package for solving a wide range of RF monitoring applied tasks, such as
signals with automated identification and placing in the database; detected signals parameters
measurement, detecting radiation parameters alarms compared to the set norms; scrolling frequency
bands or groups of RF electronic facilities or communication systems with different parameters of
radiated signal, load evaluation of frequency range and intensity of fixed frequencies usage; automatic
and manual record of LF signals; phonogram analysis in such modes as oscillograph, spectrum
analyzer, spectrogram; automated forming complex assignments on monitoring and measurements;
automated report making. Available vector maps allow to work with RF monitoring mobile stations, to
select RF electronic facilities on a certain territory and analyze their operation.
By consumer’s demand the product can be supplied along with GPS-receiver and electronic maps of
the needed region.
PATROL can be easily modernized for the consumer’s requirements, as well as adapted for the type of
equipment which is available at the user’s disposal.

General:
Is designed to create on its basis software & hardware
systems to monitor radio air as well as search and locate
facilities for unauthorized acoustic data pick-up (including
video cameras, transmitting data over RF channel). This
software is the advanced version of the FILIN search
software. Besides searching RF bugs it can solve the
following RF monitoring tasks:

frequency net monitoring. Operation algorithm of
the program, while solving RF monitoring tasks, is
very simple. If a signal is detected, the following
steps are performed:
a phonogram of demodulated signal is recorded;
clarifying scanning of the signal as well as record of its parameters in the database are made;
the certain program, which makes the steps you need, is started by the operator.
Phonogram record parameters, scanning conditions and start of your program can be easily
configured, that lets create on the base of the FILIN-ULTRA software RF monitoring systems for any
purpose (for example, creation and filling data base of your format and access up).
Own database of detected RF signals parameters allows to store a great number of parameters of the
RF signals detected and present them in symbol and graphical form (for example, diagrams of signal
spectra with curves of maximum, minimum, and average values of the signal on all records of this
signal, 3-dimensional presentation of saved signal spectrum, time-level diagram, etc.). Diagram
database makes it possible to store scanning diagrams of the entire frequency band, supported by the
used facility (the software lets store data in the frequency range from 0 Hz to 340 GHz with the
solution of 1 kHz) and simultaneously to display diagrams of current measurements, diagrams of
minimum, maximum, average values, standard diagram, as well as the difference of any 2 above
mentioned diagrams.
The diagrams can be viewed in a special window with scrolling band, which has a programmable
bandwidth. So, it’s possible to visually monitor the continuous frequency band, supported by the used
hardware.
Algorithms of obtaining, storage, processing and presenting data allow to monitor registered and find
unregistered RF signals, measure their parameters and follow the “Life history” of RF signals detected
before but lost during the current scanning.
All the above allows to apply FILIN-ULTRA software for solving a wide range of RF monitoring tasks,
monitoring RF air and searching RF bugs.
There can be another option of FILIN-ULTRA without solving a task of RF bugs search.
SIGNAL ANALYZER SOFTWARE
FILIN
General:
The program is designed for creation on its basis the
solutions for sweep and localization of acoustic data
unauthorized pickup devices as well as RF transmitting and
video surveillance. It is envisaged a possibility of data
transmission digital channels’ classification which greatly
simplifies digital RF bugs detection.
Hardware, directly performing unauthorized radiation
devices’ search and the FILIN control program are included
into the system. Wide range of scanning receivers can be
used as a hardware. FILIN program monitors the hardware,
data capture, storage, treatment and its representation
along with management of all system’s operation modes.

parametric as well as external passive tests implemented on the hardware basis are also accessible in

INTELLIGENCE SOFTWARE

General:
As estimated at least 80 % of data theft is
committed by staff. The above program is
developed to control the staff’s observance of the
safety remote host utilization rules as well as to
reveal and stop attempts of unauthorized access
to confidential data.
The program enables to perform surveillance
over actions taking place during the operation in
the local network.
The program’s principle of operation is based
on latent “photographing” of the PC’s screen
display in certain interims. It is possible to record
both date and time of the picture. In every shot besides the graphical information there is a list of
processes and a list of windows.
Afterwards the pictures are compressed thus forming a “movie” that may be looked through either
