IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
The glass supplied with this enclosure is toughened safety glass in accordance with British Safety Standards.
Care should be exercised when handling the glass to avoid knocking or bumping the glass, particularly the edges and corners of the glass as this could cause the glass to shatter into small fragments. It is essential to protect the glass by resting it on a soft protective surface during installation such as cardboard or carpeting.

CLEANING
GENERAL - for frame work and fixings use only warm soapy water and damp cloth/ sponge on a regular basis. After cleaning please rinse with clean water to remove any residue
Do not use abrasive scouring powders, chemicals or aerosol cleaners - these may result in damage to the surfaces, in particular, the plated component parts. See instruction below for glass cleaning advice.
LIFESHIELD
Your Kudos Product is pre-treated with Life Shield on the inside surfaces only. While this makes cleaning the glass a lot easier and helps prevent the build up of harmful lime-scale and soap deposits the glass still needs to be maintained on a regular basis. We recommend the use of a detergent and aroma free glass cleaner (A 50/50 mix of White Vinegar and Water works well!!) Strong detergents and abrasives can damage the coating.
DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or abrasive scrubbing equipment for cleaning!!
DO use a squeegee to remove remaining droplets of water from glass after showering, any build up of residue can be removed easily using an appropriate cleaner and agitation from soft cleaning equipment

4.4 Insert one narrow glass panel into the corner seal and bottom corner bracket with the notches in the glass adjacent to the door opening as described in Fig.11 below and repeat for the remaining narrow glass panel on the right side corner.
NOTE: Before you insert the narrow glass panels into the corner seals, wet the sides and edges of the glass that are to be inserted into the seals with a wet cloth, this will make it easier to insert. Slide the narrow panels into the top of corner seals lining up the top edges with the top of the side panels and then push into the clear corner seals over the full height, and into the bottom corner brackets. Fit the top corner brackets and tighten the allen key grub screw on the main side panels only.
Do not tighten the grub screw to the narrow glass panels you have just fitted yet.

Before fitting the slides in this next stage, ensure the stops as shown in Fig.12 & 13 of Stage 5 are positioned on the hinging side of the door (opposite side to slides) and secured vertically above each other by tightening the grub screws.
For maximum access, the stops should not be tightened.
8a
FIT THE SLIDES. Insert the top slide on the closing side of the door into the rail by tilting the slide and lowering the rectangular slide into the track of the rail.
Tilt the slide and offer it into the rail as shown.
Fig. 24
8b
Now push up and into the rail.
Slide will run smoothly in the track when correctly fitted.
PLEASE CHECK THE FUNCTION OF THE DOOR
BEFORE MOVING ONTO THE NEXT STAGE
If door gets stiffer on opening or closing, please check all vertical and horizontal levels, and that the door panels have not dropped on their hinges.
If anything is out of level, use adjustments available to correct this. If the door has dropped, then re-hang the door, ensuring that the Allen screws are fully tightened.
If the door judders on sliding, then please apply Vaseline to the top and bottom tracks.
10
FITTING THE INSIDE WALL PROFILE COVERS Care should be used when handling these covers, before they are fitted to the wall profiles. Engage the back edge of the wall profile cover over full height of the butterfly profile and then swivel the cover around to engage over the front of the wall profile and clip into position. NOTE ensure the narrow edge fully engages the butterfly profile over the FULL HEIGHT before swivelling the wider edge onto the front of the wall profile or the cover may not engage correctly.

FITTING THE DOOR SEALS. There are two longer seals and one shorter seal similar to those shown in Fig. 31 below. The longer seals fit to the fixed glass panels either side of the door. Press these over the glass ensuring they are fully seated over the entire length between the top and bottom chrome castings.
Next fit the door closing seal at centre on the handle side.
No contact between rail and slide.

CLOSING STRENGTH
If necessary you can adjust the strength of the magnetic closing action. To do this simply loosen the Allen Key screws securing the closing magnets in the rail and offset these. As a rough guide offsetting these by 10mm will halve the closing strength. Once you have achieved a suitable strength re-tighten the Allen Key grub screws.

You can now decide whether you prefer the more traditional look for the handle or the sleeker minimalist look with the spring loaded knob removed. To remove the knob do the following:
1. Remove the grey button cover from the knob.
2. Remove screw using 4mm Allen Key.
3. Remove the spring loaded knob.
4. Push fit the black internal cover to the inside of the handle.
Seal to the wall over the full height on the inside and outside of the enclosure
15
SEAL THE ENCLOSURE, using a clear silicone sealant apply a thin bead to all the edges as shown. To achieve a neat finish it is recommended that each joint to be sealed is masked either side with masking tape so that only a maximum of 3mm either side of the joint is exposed.
The masking tape should then be removed immediately after sealing. (DO NOT allow silicone to dry over masking tape).
IMPORTANT
DO NOT SEAL TO THE TRAY ON THE INSIDE OF
THE ENCLOSURE
Seal vertical junctions of gaskets and all around the outside of corner blocks as shown.
DO NOT USE OR DISTURB THE ENCLOSURE
