As long-time readers of Telepresence Options know, we don’t so much publish a magazine as an annual reference work. The other big story is that we have significantly expanded our consulting practice, the Human Productivity Lab (HPL). We don’t talk about the HPL too much and many TPO reader might not even know that we have day jobs but when David and I aren’t reporting on the latest and greatest in visual collaboration, we are consulting for organizations looking to improve their visual collaboration capabilities. We have significantly expanded our consulting practice with the addition of 9 additional consultants including multiple CEOs, company founders, and intellectual property developers. We are calling it: the “visual collaboration dream team” and we are looking to help organizations build Video Network Operation Centers (VNOCs), video call centers, streaming video capabilities, address security, governance, & business continuity and develop visual collaboration strategies that connect them to their partners, vendors, and customers at the speed of light.
