The COOL PERFORMANCE thermal undersuit has been developed
specially as insulating underclothing for the TESIMAX protection suits.
Not too hot, not too cold: just right
Temperature-regulating Outlast ® materials provide
proactive climate management for increased comfort.
The sleeves are seamed and the trouser legs have elasticated foot
straps. With its front zip, the suit is easy to put on and take off. Banded

Outlast ® is the only phase-change material (PCM) that has been awarded

THERMO-FLEECE
The TESIMAX thermo undersuit has been developed mainly as insulating
underwear for the protection suit SILVERFLASH® with para-aramide.
This overall is made from a slow inflammable fleece material (high
limited oxygen index (LOI) and therefore high protection against flammation); worked with additional fabric reinforcement in the knee, elbow
and shoulder areas.
The fleece material ensures wearing comfort and provides maximum

Vertex® Vent and VERTEX® Best
For working above ground and rescue work the helmets VERTEX BEST and VERTEX
VENT are an ideal choice. These two models feature a stronger chin buckle to
reduce the risk of the helmet being pulled off the head in the event of a fall. The
helmets are exceptionally hard-wearing and be equipped with face and ear protection. The choice of model – VERTEX VENT with, or VERTEX BEST without vents
– depends on the risks that exist in the working environment (electric insulation,
splashing liquid metal, etc.)
Vertex® Vent
• Vents with adjustable sliding covers for adjusting helmet ventilation
to operating conditions.
• The chin buckle is designed to firmly keep the helmet on the head during a fall.
It has a holding force of more than 500 N and therefore fulfils the requirements
of EN 12492 for mountaineering helmets.
• The suspension system made from belt webbing and the height-adjustable head
band ensure optimum wearing comfort and allow individual adjustment.

ANTISTATIC EQUIPMENT
Antistatic equipment of protection suits
(tested and certified only in combination with our protection suits)
Our protection suits made from TSO fulfil the performance criteria of European standard EN 1149/1 regarding electrostatic charge
and are labelled accordingly. Because the antistatic equipment does not fully remove the risk of electrical charge, we recommend the
observation of a few important safety rules:
• Protection suits must be correctly and continually earthed through conductive safety shoes, footlets, floors and/or earthing straps.
If the wearer of a protection suit with antistatic equipment is not connected to an earthed surface, the wearer and/or the protection
suit remain charged.
• When taking off the suit, make sure that the earthing is not interrupted.
• Because the antistatic film is moisture-absorbing, the antistatic equipment may not be effective in very dry conditions, for example
at an air humidity of less than 25 percent. Testing according to EN 1149/1 is carried out at a relative humidity of 25 percent.

TESIMAX cleaner-robi – The mobile stainless steel protection suit cleaner & dryer

With ULTRA-CLEAN BASIC, TESIMAX provides a product for removing grease, dirt and odour. This cleaning agent can be used for 90

LOAN SUITS
During servicing we provide you with free loan suits as long as stocks at TESIMAX or HENKEL last. The loan chemical
protection suits are fully functional and unconditionally suitable for use by fire services and/or in industry according to the
current standard DIN EN 943 Part 2 (fire brigades). The following regulations apply:
1. When we have repaired your chemical protection suits, you return the loan suits to TESIMAX or HENKEL and receive your
repaired suits. For used loan suits, the same guidelines as for your own chemical protection suits apply
(see: “Preconditions for acceptance”).
2. Should loan suits have repairable damage after use, we will charge you the costs of repair of each affected suit.
3. Should loan suits have irreparable damage or damage whose repair is not economically viable, we will charge you the cost of
each damaged chemical protection suit according to the current list price. We also offer a disposal service (see “Disposal”).
The same applies for chemical protection suits showing residual contamination that prevents further use of the suit.

TESIMAX SERVICE PACKAGE GUIDELINES
Preconditions
We accept protection suits only in a correctly decontaminated state. You must also tell us what hazardous materials each suit has come in contact with.
!
Please enclose a brief description of the use to which each suit (serial number/external ID number) has been put, what harmful substances it was exposed
to and the duration of exposure.
The zip of the chemical protection suit must be closed immediately after preliminary decontamination and doffing.
Delivery and collection service
You can either send your chemical protection suits to one of the two delivery points yourself or we organise collection for you anywhere in Europe
within our normal business hours.
=> The conditions must be fulfilled in advance!
Further procedure
When we receive your protection suits we inspect them and draw up a cost estimate according to the prices listed on the current (annual)
Service Pool flyer. Once you have approved the estimate, repairs of your protection suits begin.

Visual inspections and functional tests must be carried out to check
for structural damage and damage caused through the secondary
effects of hazardous materials.

The pressure relief valves must be tested in their installed state.
Valve discs must be visually inspected and must be replaced every
two years.

Gas and chemical protection suits must be regularly checked for
leaktightness. TESIMAX protection suits must be tested after every
use and at least every 12 months (except Smart Stock CPS, only after

can be carried out with the BLACK BOX suit and valve leaktightness
tester from TESIMAX.
