PRODUCT DATA
CCNWeb
CCNWeb is a device designed to provide Internet/
Intranet connection to a Carrier Comfort Network
(CCN). CCNWeb can be accessed using a web browser
over an Ethernet-based Local Area Network (LAN) or
point to point via a telephone line. CCNWeb provides
you with a cost-effective method to achieve Internet
connectivity to Carrier's communicating controls by
eliminating the need for an on site computer.
Physically, the CCNWeb module consists of a compact
desktop unit equipped with specialized hardware and
software. It also can be wall-mounted using the detachable mounting plate that is included as standard equipment along with the unit.
ViewSPACE Display
The CCNWeb connects to the CCN Bus through a
removable 3-position connector and to a building's
Ethernet LAN through a 10/100Base-T connector.
CCNWeb provides a list of links to all available CCN
controllers. Using a web browser and the controller
links, a user can access status and maintenance display, occupancy, setpoint, and configuration tables.
CCNWeb allows overriding (forcing) and autoing (returning points to a controller's automatic control) of point
values.
The CCNWeb's Alarm List functionality displays a list of
50 most recent CCN alarm, alert, and return to normal
messages.
Tabular Display
In addition to displaying CCN status and maintenance
display, occupancy, and setpoint and configuration table
data, CCNWeb features tabular and ViewSPACE displays. Tabular pages consist of data from one or more
CCN controllers displayed in a tabular format. ViewSPACE
pages are graphically-oriented pages that combine a
background graphic image such as an equipment picture
with a set of superimposed dynamically-updated status
display points from one or more controllers. The CCNWeb
includes a library of factory-provided ViewSPACE templates for most CCN controllers. Using a standard text
editor, an installer can modify these factory-provided
templates to create job-specific web pages.
