PAIRING AND CONNECTING THE QUATTRO 4L MICROPHONE

The BT4 mic comes paired out of the factory. However if for some reason it was removed from the paired list, these are the instructions to “re-pair” it.

PAIR

“Paired”

STEP 1: Remove the

BT4 Removable Mic from the Quattro 4L.

STEP 2: Ensure QUATTRO

4L is turned off. Press and hold multi-function button for approximately six seconds, until “Pairing” is announced.

STEP 3: On the

Mic, press and hold

BUTTON until light flashes red and blue.

ACTIVATE & USE

STEP 1: Place BT4

Removable Mic in a position that best captures the voice(s) that you want to hear. On the BT4 Removable

Mic, press the multifunction button and the

Mic will become active.

STEP 2: To deactivate Mic, press and hold multifunction key on the Quattro

4L or the multi-function button on the BT4 Mic.

The QUATTRO 4L announces call terminated.

STEP 4: The QUATTRO

4L announces Paired, and then Device

(number) connected.

TIPS: The QUATTRO 4 (and/or mic) turns itself off in ten minutes when left completely idle.

The BT4 Removable Mic must be within 30 feet of the QUATTRO 4 to operate correctly.

For optimum performance use the

BT4 Mic Clip (sold separately)

Cable Clip: The headset cable and Quattro

4L cable fit in the clip with ease. Use it to keep your cables from getting tangled.

QUICK START GUIDE

CHARGING - ENGAGE THE BATTERY

STEP 1: Use the tip of a pen to move both battery engagement

+/- switches into the

+ position on the

QUATTRO 4L and

BT4 Removable Mic.

Do NOT turn them off!

STEP 2: Plug charger into

QUATTRO 4L.

STEP 3: Plug charger into outlet to fully charge the

QUATTRO 4L.

STEP 4: A red light will appear on the faces of both the

Quattro 4L and

BT4 Mic.

TIP: Charge the Quattro 4 with the BT4 Mic attached every night for maximum performance. The battery icon will identify when battery power is running low on the main base.

On the mic, the indicator light will turn red.

STEP 5: QUATTRO

4L and BT4 Mic are charged when the red lights turn blue. They will not necessarily turn blue at the same time.

PAIRING QUATTRO WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICE

• Make sure other connected Bluetooth devices are turned off when syncing a new Bluetooth device.

STEP 1: While the

QUATTRO 4L is turned off, press and hold multi-function button for approximately six seconds.

STEP 2: The

QUATTRO 4L announces Pairing, and the LED light will flash red and blue.

TAKE A CALL

STEP 3: Turn on the

Bluetooth device and put it in Bluetooth pairing mode. Often this requires device menu selections such as Settings >

Bluetooth > ON >

Click QUATTRO 4L.

STEP 4: When the

Quattro 4L announces “Paired” then “device one connected” you are ready to use your

Quattro 4L.

OR

STEP 1: To answer a call, you just need to briefly press the MFK

(multi-function key) or the MFB (multi-function button) on the side, no need to press twice.

HOLD

STEP 2: To reject the call: Press and hold the multi-function button.

STEP 3: Adjust the volume: Press

(volume -) or

(volume +).

STEP 4: To end call, press and hold multi-function key. The QUATTRO

4L announces “call terminated”.
