Power-saving Mode
Standby mode will be activated automatically if the device remains
stationary for more than 3 minutes (GSM off/GPS off). The device can’t be
tracked in standby mode. Please touch the device slightly to wake it up.

2. Getting Started

1. Connect the device to the AC adapter via the USB cable.
2. 1 2 hours (output 5W/1A) for the device to become fully charged.
3. Make sure the device is fully charged before use. (Red light will be on constant whilst charging/ Red light will go out when fully charged).
CAUTION
ensure that you have a Micro SIM.

3. Light Sequence
To turn the power on on your Tracca.
1. Turn on by Holding the button to the side of the Tracca for 3 seconds.
2. Wait for constant LED light - Purple.
3. Turn off by holding the button to the side of the Tracca for 3 seconds until the LED blinks 3 times and then turn off.

on next page to fully set up and get first GPS fix.

4. Set-Up
To ensure a smooth first fix.
• Ensure you Tracca has a good view of the sky. Place by window or stand with it outside.
• Fully charged.
• You have stored the phone number of the SIM
card used in Tracca into your phone.
1. Turn Tracca on following above instruction.
2. Wait for purple constant light to turn to just blinking orange every 10 seconds and blue every 20 seconds. Ensure that the Tracca is outside or close to a window and watch for 5 minutes. Once it is doing this skip to step 9.
3. If light remains constant purple or constant orange with a blinking purple light text Tracca using text command 801 followed by you chosen network

5. Wait for LED to change from constant purple to
constant blue. Ensure that the Tracca is close to
a window or outside. The blue light should turn off
and become a blinking orange and blue LED. skip
to step 8. If the Tracca Remains constant

with orange flash every 10 secs and blue
flash every 20 secs.

10. Click google maps link.
11. You have your first GPS position.
12. Attach Tracca to dog using
collar and attachment clip.
13. Get Tracking.
To save battery, the default setting of the device is set to go into power saving mode
(sleep) when the device remains stationary for longer than 3 minutes.
To change this setting, send an SMS
command to the device.

5. Collar Attachment
Step 1
First, attach the bracket to the collar. Do this by threading the collar through
the bracket as pictured below. *see below*.
Step 2
Clip the Tracca to the bracket as pictured below. Ensure the Tracca is fully
attached by giving a slight pull on the Tracca. *see below*.
Step 3
Your Tracca should now be attached and look like the image below.

6. Download App
Once the app has been downloaded:
1. enter the last four digits of the IMEI number
(located under the removable back casing
*see pictured*) as your account number!
2. enter ‘123456’ as your default password.

To set the Geo-fence to alert you if you dog runs outside
the Geo-fence!
Edit:
Change the icon photo and nickname for selected device.
Locate now:
To get the location of the device immediately.
Setting:
To set the emergency phone number and the interval
time (how often the Tracca position updates).

Number/Interval Time
Your emergency phone number will be the number that is sent SMS alerts for
low power and exclusion of the Geo-fence.
The interval time is how often you Tracca will update its position on the app.
(Longer interval times will mean a longer working time).

Pets. Tracca will not be held liable for improper use of this device. The owner
accepts full ownership and responsibility for Tracca on purchase.
