PLC SM-LINE è un PLC industriale abbinato a morsettiere I/O didattiche dotate di morsetti adatti per il
cablaggio con normali cavetti da laboratorio.
DESCRIZIONE PLC BASE
Controllore programmabile con modulo CPU Compact ARM7. Il dispositivo è dotato di 6 ingressi digitali, 4
uscite digitali Relè e 2 ingressi analogici e consente la gestione dei moduli di espansione I/O per
aumentare il numero degli ingressi e delle uscite. Incorpora un alimentatore ad alta efficienza,
dimensionato per il collegamento di fino a 4 moduli di espansione. Il dispositivo è dotato di web server
integrato capace di rendere disponibili pagine web di configurazione ed informazione generale sullo stato
del sistema, nonché di pagine web configurabili integralmente dall'utente (accessibili attraverso USB).
Accetta tensioni di alimentazione nel range 10-30Vdc. A livello hardware questa CPU è dotata di:
1 Porta COM RS23 - 1 porta MiniUSB
6 Input digitali isolati (1 counter 10 kHz) - 2 Input analogici 0-10Vdc - 4 Output digitali

Il PLC è programmabile nei 5 linguaggi previsti dalla norma IEC61131-3, attraverso il tool di
sviluppo LogicLab, un tool di programmazione fornito gratuitamente con il PLC.
La facilità e l'immediatezza d'uso degli editor grafici e testuali, le funzioni di drag & drop
estese a tutti i contesti del framework, le diverse utility integrate ed i debugger grafici e
testuali rendono il tool un ambiente di sviluppo efficiente e particolarmente gradevole da
utilizzare. Il compilatore genera direttamente il codice macchina per il processore del
sistema target, garantendo una alta efficienza prestazionale. Il tool è stato sviluppato da una azienda italiana con pluriennale esperienza nella
produzione di software per automazione industriale, e personalizzato per l'utilizzo sui controllori programmabili delle serie PLC SM-LINE.
