KEY FEATURES

Adjustable mounting depth: 19” mounting angles are adjustable in depth for various mounting depths.

Bottom plate: have an extra perforated plate to avoid any insects, mouse and so on. When it is necessary a filter can be integrated there against to dust coming from bottom.

Bottom plate is ready with prepunched knock outs for air distribution delivered from raised floor. When airflow comes through bottom/raised floor, the plates on the bottom are removed and provides efficient airflow inside of cabinet.

Reversible doors: Front and rear doors detached and reversed if it is desired for the front door to open from the rear side of cabinet.

Side doors are splited in two: Front part is used for access to cabinet as mentioned above. Other small section is fixed from inside of the cabinet. If any case more ventilation is needed this panel can be vented.

Mainly, inner part of this panel is used for housing of cables and power strips.

Numbered “U” positions provide an easy installation of rack mounted equipment.

Vertical mounting rails with square holes and adjustable in depth.

All in one: ServerMAX includes; casters, doors, ground studs, levelling feet, roof, bottom, side panels, C-rails, tilt bars, unloaded fan tray.

Optimized depth: 1000 mm. Today and next generation installation of servers, for power distiribution and cable management. 1000 mm is an optimum depth for comfort cabling, housing server and gaining space in data centers.

Fixing to floor: ServerMAX can easily fixed to the floor when it is necessary. Floor fixing kit is used for this purpose.

Efficient passive ventilation: New generation servers and networking products need adequate ventilation for proper operations. ServerMAX server cabinets provide efficient passive ventilation because of its vented structure for front and rear doors. Front and rear doors have maximum perforation (%63) pattern for high-density cooling that meets or exceeds server manufacturer’s ventilation requirements.

There is a fan tray on roof: It is removable easily from the top. When the maintanence of fans are required, it can be reached from top directly without touching to any mounted device or servers.

It is possible to put filter on top of the server fan unit.

Generous cable access holes are provided in the roof and base. One on top, one on bottom holes are special ESTAP style cable entries; sliding type with rubber edges.

FEATURES 600x1000 mm - 800x1000 mm

Quick release side doors: During installation and while conducting routine maintenance of installed equipment, it is often advantageous to remove the side panels. Quick release slam latches and locks on the side panels allow for quick and easy access.

Double opening rear doors improve access and serviceability to rear of rack mounted equipment. The split rear doors help to maximize floor space. Only 300 mm of clearance is required behind the enclosure to allow for door swing.

D= 200 mm extention unit: Once deeper equipments are loaded on ServerMax cabinets and while additional depth required for cable radious, cable bundles, PDU housing soon

The ServerMax cabinets are capable to install with D=200 mm extention unit. Rear door remains same, only removed from cabinet and reinstalled to extention unit. Please see the related drawings at pages 18-19.

Anti-tilt bars: As standard, ServerMAX is integral with 2 sliding type tilt bars to make cabinet stable in weight center.

Whenever the servers are moved out, tilt bars are drawen out to balance the cabinet weight center.

Expansion: ServerMAX enclosures can be easily expanded upon to create complete rows of enclosures. With a proper baying kit, please see accessories, all cabinets are bayed easily and quickly.

Welded: Bottom and roof of the cabinet is completely welded and closed structure. It is more sturdy and rugged. It protect any physical effects like water, dust, insects and so on.

Lockable doors and side panels: Front and rear doors are lockable with 3 point locking mechanism. It is handle type. Level of security is increased to prevent unauthorized entry. All doors and side panels are only accessible with a key provided with ServerMAX.

Stability: An heavy duty frame design, 2 mm. Mounting rails, angles, heavy duty type castor group provide 1000 kg load rating.

Grounding: All parts have grounding studs to provide electrical continuity.

Heavy duty vertical frames: Instead of 4ea. vertical profiles, ServerMAX cabinets are 6ea.(3ea.in left+3ea.in right) main vertical profiles that gives extra stability for heavy loads.

Material thicknesses: Roof, bottom, vertical main frames,

C-rails, 19” mounting angles, profies and all frames are 2 mm thickness. Sturdy and rugged steel construction.

More C rails: Instead of 6ea. there are 8 horizontal C rails in depth for extra stability. (42U, 47U)

Reinforced bottom: Bottom have reinforced with horizontal profile in width and depth for extra stability.

Rounded aesthetic monoblok front door: Front door is heavy duty type monoblock perforated and welded structure. It’s shape is rounded in front that looks really matter and looks aesthetic.

Paint: Electrostatic powder coating with an automatic process.

Easy to dismantle and assembly: The rigidly welded frame construction can be dismantled and assembles easily without any special tools. Thus, narrow doors, staircases and lifts are no problem.

Special cable entry on top and bottom case:

Bottom plate and top case have special cable entry. It is completely closed and sliding type with rubber edges.

Cables are entered and fixed. It protects the cable and no any space on the bottom.

Housing for cabling: The cabinet itself has enough housing for vertical cable management at back. For 600x1000 cabinet, cable rings are used for cable management.

For 800x1000 cabinets there is special vertical cable management panels-Ieft & right with cover plate for hiding and protecting the cables. They all allow customers to easily route, manage and access large numbers of data cables even while an enclosure is loaded with rack mount equipment and bayed in a row.

Power/energy distribution: Rear power distribution housing at back of the cabinet provide easy access to multiple receptacles. Vertical power distribution strips can easily be mounted in that space. This housing never interfere with equipment or take any valuable “U” space. This provides increased accessibility to receptacles and allows customers to support more power cords within the enclosure.

Power strips are in the length of cabinets: 26U, 36U, 42U, 47U.

Extra Housing for cabling and power

distribution: There is extra housing for vertical cable management panels in left and right together with vertical power strips.

Front panel at left and right: Front panels are used to hide unwanted cable view. If server cabinet is used for networking also in front, cable management is needed.

Estap cable rings are used to fix on this panel for cable management. It has cable access holes for patch cord to pass to back of cabinet.

KEY FEATURES

Main profile (framework) has a structure that would increase mechanical resistance with aesthetic appearance, folded with an angle of 90 degree and must consist of 6 bending for each profile.

Totally 24 fold for framework stability. Additionaly, 2 pieces vertical side panel divider profile provides additional resistance each with 5 fold design, total 10 fold additional support. In total

ServerMax main profile framework consists on 34 fold engineering design. Manufactured and tested to provide axial (x, y, z) resistance that meets EN 61587-1 / 5.2.1 and 5.2.2, and external impact resistance that meets EN 61587-1 / 5.3.3.

Bottom and upper case have a structure that would increase resistance and strength of cabinet by monoblock bended, welded and profile-interlocking design. Profiles are manufactured to interlock bottom and upper case with screws. Cable access at bottom case has a sliding type blanking access plate that would block dust inlet.

A rubber edge on the cable access plate and thanks to its sliding structure, it is capable of fixing the cables and allowing the cables to be placed into cabinet without any damage.

Additionaly there are pre-punched knock outs for air distribution delivered from raised floor.

Rear door in standard configuration is double opening door which is removable and lockable. Integral locking is 3 point locking system.

Rear doors can be opened up to 220 degrees, removable and lockable with handle type locking unit.

Side panels have a structure that can be opened and removed with slam latch and key. It is lockable and removable. Side panels are consist on a divider profile which creates 2 pieces side panels on each side. Original functional side panel is lockable and removable as mentioned above, the smaller side panel is fixed from inner side with screws. In case of need any additional ventilation, this panel can be replaced with a slotted / perforated one.

Within this engineering construction the original functional side panel becomes easy to carry while the divider profile provides better resistancy.

Front doors are single opening, monoblock, welded, curved, %63 perforated in standard. Integral locking as 3 point locking system.

Front door can be opened up to 220 degrees, removable and lockable with handle type locking unit.

Vented top panel housing with a dedicated space for ventilation, fan module system allows easy installation of max. 6 fans from top.

19”(inch) mounting angles (2ea. in front and 2ea. in rear) are part of cabinet interior configuration and adjustable in depth.

Baying is possible for side by side applications. Levelling feet and integrated castor group is standard in shipping configuration.

The cabinet meets EN 61587-1, IEC 60917, IEC 60297 standards,

RoHS compliancy, Gost and TSE certified.
