INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Connect Flexible Nylon Tubing (56401) to outlet of high-pressure pump.
2. Bury tubing approximately 6" underground. Cut Flexible Nylon Tubing (56401) with a PVC Tubing Cutter. Insert tubing into brass tee of the 3-Nozzle Fog Riser (52468) until it bottoms out in the fitting. Complete seal with one wrench turn of fitting. Continue by connecting tubing from one riser to next. Space risers 2-10 feet apart as desired. Closer spacing will result in denser fog. After the last riser, attach a short piece of tubing and terminate with the Brass End Plug (52513).
3. Flush system for several minutes before inserting nozzles. Install nozzles in 3 risers nearest the pump (hand tighten only) and flush again for one minute. Install nozzles in each additional riser, one-at-a-time and flush again until nozzles in all risers are installed.
MAINTENANCE
• Nozzles require cleaning or replacement periodically. Clean nozzles by soaking in vinegar or calcium removal product overnight or replace as needed.
• Winterize your misting system by draining water out of lines. Be sure all water is drained from Fog lines. This will prevent water from freezing and damaging the fog line. This can be accomplished by forcing compressed air through the lines.
Warning! Fogging system is intended for outdoor use only.
• Use normal tap water or soft water only.
• Do not exceed 1000 PSI,
• Do not unscrew nozzles while under pressure
• Do not touch nozzles when system is pressurized
