“ 2"
Be

LEDs can develop very high light intensities, even when dimmed. Some LEDs are properly classed as lasers.
Particularly in conjunction with an optical system, even weak LEDs can be very dangerours. By looking directly
into LEDs irreversible damages to the retina of the eye can be caused. Use diffusers to disperse the light.
Please note that LED light can vary quickly in intensity. Quickly changing light effects can influence perception
and can cause complains as well as seizures to people with a tendency to epilepsy.

3 operation under DMX512 slave mode:
7.
In this mode (“ru2“) the unit works as a DMX512 decoder slave. It receives the signal of the DMX512 master and is controlled by the master when it is propperly connected with it via DMX512 signal input port. Set the desired DMX512 address
as described at the beginning of this chapter. The current starting address is displayed digitally. When on channel 4 (cH4) the number 001 is displayed the DMX
slave includes the addresses 001, 002, 003, 004.
operation under stand-alone mode:
In the mode “ru1“ (stand-alone mode) the unit works as an independent LED controller. It cannot
process any incomming master signal. In this mode (“ru1“) the three buttons underneath the
display have the following functions:
choose the channel:
Press the buttons “Mode“ and “Bright“ at the same time and hold them pressed for two seconds until “cH“ is
flashing on the display. Press the button “Speed“ in order to choose between “3“ and “4“ and confirm your choice by
pressing any button and holding it pressed for two seconds.
