Up to 4 crew members: 1 sound engineer, 1 management representative, 1 tour manager, 1 bus driver HOTEL If PURCHASER is providing hotel accommodations, a minimum of 1 suite and 10 single rooms with king size beds will be required in a 4* hotel. The rooms shall be available until the day after the performance with the ARTIST to comply with checkout times and hotel rules. The PURCHASER shall not be responsible for any extra charges during the stay of the ARTIST. Hotel arrangements by PURCHASER are subject to ARTIST approval. All rooms must be in quiet areas of the hotel (far from elevators, on garden side of hotel, etc.). Hotels with twenty- four hour room service and or restaurants are essential (with complementary breakfast when possible, and/or buffet breakfast served until 10:30AM). Please send your hotel proposal to the production manager for approval before making final arrangements: Assou Démé email@example.com LOCAL TRANSPORTATION LOCAL GROUND TRANSPORTATION / BUS PARKING If PURCHASER is providing local ground transportation, a minimum of one 15 passenger van with a trailer or additional vehicle for luggage and equipment is required to accommodate up to 11 people, plus one separate comfortable car for Rokia. Local ground transportation includes transfers from and to airports or train stations and travel between hotel and venue. ARTIST will be traveling with the following equipment (subject to change, please advance with Assou Démé firstname.lastname@example.org): flight case for N’goni (110x60x25cm / 30kg), 4 guitars. If the band has arranged to drive to / from the engagement, it will travel with a motor coach at its own cost. PURCHASER agrees to provide production manager (Assou Démé email@example.com) with detailed directions to the place of performance. Purchaser to provide parking for 1 forty-five foot tour bus which must be provided as close to the stage or stage door entrance as possible at no cost to the artist. Cameras / audio video recordings: It is strictly forbidden to shoot, film or record any part of the sound check and/or the show without a written agreement of artist management. No flash will be used by the photographers allowed by artist management. Cameras and video/audio recorders will be forbidden inside the venue. All video or photo shooting of the show and/or artist should be authorized in writing by artist management. DRESSING ROOMS – PRODUCTION OFFICE We need 4 dressing rooms and 1 production office. Each room has to be clean, quiet, dry, heated or air conditioned, lockable (keys to be given to the tour manager on his arrival) with soft lighting, sofas, chairs, table, make up mirror and full length mirror, hanging rack, towels, and anything to make them nice and comfortable... a) room 1: Rokia Traore: an iron + iron table, water boiler + herbal tea (peppermint...) + cups (avoiding plastic) + honey b) room 2: Backing Vocal (2 singers) & Bass player c) rooms 3 & 4: Band (3 musicians): iron + iron table d) production office with high speed internet access - 7 perfectly clean white towels for the stage - 7 perfectly clean white towels for aftershow / showers (tbd by tour manager) - 14 small mineral water bottles for the stage LAUNDRY We’ll arrive with shirts, trousers…to be washed and ironed before show time. CATERING PLEASE NOTE: the artists do not eat pork, and there will be at least 2 vegans and 1 vegetarian. Available All Day: Coffee, tea, herbal tea (with sugar, honey, milk, lemon + cups & spoons), mineral water sparkling and still, fresh fruits juices, soft drinks (Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke), chocolate bars, chips, etc. In the dressing room area before sound check time: - sandwiches and salads - yogurts, fresh fruits, dried fruits, sugared snacks - 12 bottles of quality lager (e.g. Sam Adams Boston Lager, Brooklyn Lager) - 6 liters of fresh 100% organic fruit juice (Orange, Banana, Mango, Pineapple) - Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite...
