Frequently asked questions

The recommended materials and equipment are listed in the document, including the JetSpray Thermal Insulation itself, a blowing wool machine, a portable generator, a scrubber, a water pump, hoses, a vacuum, a JetSpray nozzle, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other additional items.

The six steps are: 1) Jobsite preparation, 2) Equipment check and setup, 3) Spraying, 4) Scrubbing and vacuuming, 5) Field testing – density and moisture, and 6) Site and equipment cleanup.

You need to conduct density checks randomly throughout the installation process, starting after filling four to five cavities. Use the Densi-Checker™ to ensure proper coverage and density. Adjust accordingly.

The recommended moisture range is between 18-22%. You should conduct three to four moisture checks throughout the installation process using a moisture meter.
