Frequently asked questions

Check if the projector's power light is green and not flashing, the lens cover is off, and select Computer 1 as the image source using the Computer/DVI button. Also, check your notebook's function keys to ensure display on an external monitor is enabled.

Press the Power button twice. Let it cool while the power light flashes orange (about 30 seconds). Once the light stops flashing and stays on, unplug the projector.

If the image is off-center, reposition the projector directly in front of the screen. If the image is trapezoidal, use the Keystone buttons to square it up.

Check your monitor settings to ensure both the LCD screen and the external monitor port are enabled. For Windows, use the CRT/LCD function key to toggle between displays. For Macintosh, use System Preferences>Displays or Control Panels>Monitors to adjust display settings
